Great CRM for those who have never used a CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hiver was to set up! We had used several CRM's before this and it felt like it was a day of training for my staff who had never used a CRM before. With Hiver it took about 5-10 minutes for even our least technologically advanced staff. The chat support is super fast if we have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it doesnt auto-archive from my personal inbox when I close a ticket. But thats not super hard to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of emails getting lost. Its gmail-- so its incredibly intuitive to use and there is no extra fluff that we don't need. We have a simple way to organize our shared inbox and sometimes thats all you can ask for!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really just so easy. If you're looking into implementing a CRM into your company, this is an excellent start.
Great app for email management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign emails to other users is a key feature for us. We no longer worry about forwarding emails and have visibility into responses without needing to be cc'd
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it's a pretty solid product with great support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we were able to solve is the need to have an expert answer customer emails. With Hiver, we were able to create templates and use those templates to answer the most common questions by anyone. For emails that did require an expert, being able to assign the email to the expert in one click is great

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is able to share email to research anytime a client has an issue. It allows us to help all customers as opposed to those that fall only in our individual portfolios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have a lot to learn about what all it does, but that isn't a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Operations Manager, it allows me to check email responses from new employees to ensure no details are being missed.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical support really is unparalleled. We subscribe to many different services (GSuite, Dropbox, Slack, O365, to name a few). The support from Hiver is by far the best and most responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
They still need a mobile app that supports templates and search. I'm told that's coming. They need more automation rules like "does not contain." They need the option to prevent autoresponder from auto-responding when the from address is the mailing list.

Great For Shared Email
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing and assigning incoming email threads within a team for better and faster client commmunication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to add management functions to be alerted to slow response times and unfinished conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a single incoming email address for quote requests. Managing that by forwarding the emails to individual sales reps was clunky at best. Hiver helps us make sure that quotes are attended to by the most available rep, along with allowing the conversation to be re-assigned if a more applicable rep should be attached to the thread.
Great app for organising any project
What do you like best about the product?
It allows a large team to assign emails to the appropriate project or individual, which allows for fantastic account management
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a little annoying is that emails are sometimes assigned to two inboxes asnd this can lead to some comms issues with customers/clients, but this is mostly down to colleagues assigning things

We have managed to improve account management expoentially, and depending on the nature of an email make sure the appropriate team responds to it

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a total gamechanger for teams that need to share email. I love that we can share email, but respond individually. I also love being able to see when someone else is responding. I also love the template feature. Being able to have templates allows us to speak in our brand voice. This feature also helps staff by having prewritten responses to the majority of client issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love everything about the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to respond to customer emails quickly and as a team. By responding to clients quickly, they feel they have excellent customer service. This also allows us not to be attached to our phones. I also like using tags to designate emails to the right person. It is easy to see who needs to reply to each email and define roles for staff and managers.

This is a game-changer software created and managed by an exceptional team. Expect to streamline your email and respond to customers sooner and more effectively.
An effortless way to delegate tasks and keep track of email!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hiver has helped our team to stay on top of the workflow and improve our efficiency. The ability to assign emails to team members is amazing and has made a real difference in the way we work. Everyone within the team can see who is dealing with which task, and at what stage it is. The ability to create our own tags feels like we can really adjust Hiver to do exactly what we want it to. The interface is very simple and easy to work with. You almost don't notice it until you need to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally emails are un-tagged. Nothing wrong with the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegation of emails/tasks to team members. Tracking the completion of tasks. Keeping shared mailbox in order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are struggling to keep on top of a shared mailbox, just try Harvest. It creates an order in an otherwise messy mailbox.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is very robust allowing us to have a group of team members access shared mailboxes and organize and track email responses. Customer support is top notch and have worked with us to develop new features that help us further streamline our workflows internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality could be better. We're not able to see exactly what we need from that without scrubbing and re-organizing the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we reorganized our department and needed a solution to have people in different parts of the country access the same mailbox and be able to track what had been opened, handled, etc. This solved
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you're looking for a shared mailbox solution for gmail (which I don't understand why gmail can't do this themselves) Hiver is the choice i would recommend.
