Necessary Team Workflow Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver works with Gmail flawlessly and allows for my team to work out of the same chaotic work queues seamlessly - we never lose track of anything, we have transparency into where others have actioned, and we can quickly chat alongside the work if anything needs to be clarified internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification center could be a bit fine-tuned in my opinion, but no real complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on a team is made so much easier with Hiver. I also use it to manage my own personal workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool offers all the essential features needed to sort emails and monitor the flow of them for the entire team. Hiver completely transforms the way you manage your email workflow into shared inboxes. This tool transforms the way you communicate, you can keep track of potential customers and problems they may have. Configuration and customization are very intuitive. You can quickly use all the new enhancements they implement regularly with a minimal learning curve. The support has been perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is excellent, including exceptional customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has made it much easier and more efficient for the customer-facing teams to collaborate with each other and better serve all customer needs. It gives us the opportunity to work with shared mailboxes and prioritize what is important to both the team and the customers. The ability to assign emails and collision detection has also greatly reduced instances of duplication at work. With the shared response editing feature, it is very useful as it can save a lot of time in internal communication back and forth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiver brings improved transparency, communication and support between team members. Hiver is constantly working to improve functionality and add features as new cases of functional use come to light. Hiver's support team is incredible they are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries. It provides additional tools to the mail to have all the information about contacts, organized and distributed. Hiver is a great product, solves many problems and has excellent extras such as templates and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes a shared inbox much more manageable, and prevents my team from having to use external tools like Slack to communicate internally about any emails. Organization leads to peace of mind, and with hundreds of emails coming through, I can rest easy knowing that all I need to focus on is having getting my "open" folder down to zero. My team started using Hiver in early 2019, and has seen Hiver grow a ton of new features that add value to my team's workflow. Hiver has brought the benefits of a ticketing system into an easy and accesible tool that my whole company already uses, Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Hiver would automatically filter specific emails based on subject line/sender to different employees on my team. This would save us even more time by not having to consistently filter emails to the appropriate rep from the main inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has made a large and previously unmanageable inbox much easier to organize. Emails rarely slip past my team because it is always clear who is responsible for responding to which email. Sidebar conversations previously communicated in Slack often got lost or became cumbersome to manage. Having all communication in one place, both internal and external, is hugely beneficial for documentation purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy, seamless Gmail integration and UI, and the ability to communicate effectively with the sidebar, having timestamped events as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app was more intuitive and also had better synergies.

With immense email traffic at our company, Hiver helps distribute workload very effectively.
Hiver is a great shared inbox for workaround with Google groups

It lets me connect one inbox that multiple users can share.

Some messages do not always make it through, but with customer service the issue is figured out

I have multiple users that receive emails in a group, that i need to go directly to their inboxes.

Organizing files, assigning projects among colleagues, being able to separate personal emails from business emails.

Easy toolbars to navigate around and assign to other members of the team

Can be a little slow to load especially when using for the first time on a new computer

Making sure that the correct members of the team are receiving and checking their emails
Efficient Helpdesk Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Great visibility of shared mailboxes enabling teams and improving upon GSuite collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app could be improved. Apart from assigning tickets, it would be preferable to be able to respond to tickets from within the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a small IT support team and Hiver has greatly improved our ticket workflow, increasing visibilty between team members and managers all within GMail.
Hiver Effortlessly manages our High Volume Inboxes
What do you like best about the product?
We have a multiple high-volume inbox environment with multiple users working in each inbox. Without Hiver, we would constantly be working over each other and duplicating our efforts. Now we can work independently without duplication, manage volume, and with metrics reporting, scale our employee base to the projected growth trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to mass-close emails. IF that is already a feature, I haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've scaled our workload from a start up company with a team of 2 to now a large, global company with a team of over 20; both centrally located and remotely accessed.

The tags, the status open/close and the easy comment on the right column, these are so useful to our team!

You still don't have the recurring automatic email sending option :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot with the organization of our work because we have 5 different departments and it would be hard to do what we are doing now without Hiver! We can put inquiries on holds and assigned them to co-worker in one click.
