Incredibly useful for managing a high volume group inbox

What do you like best about the product?
As a manager I love having the ability to easily see who is responsible for an email and what action has been taken by looking at the notes and assignments history in the Hiver side bar. I also value the analytics and automation functionality provided by Hiver.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding a new user, all open emails do not show up for them, which is inconvenient, but we are still able to assign older emails to the new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to share log in information for our group gmail inbox, which is not secure. It was also difficult to tell who had worked on an email and people often attempted to answer emails at the same time. Hiver has fixed all these issues and has great extras like templates and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
Shared mailboxes and the ability to assign emails to other members of the team - don't know how we would cope without this
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really... the mobile app hasn't worked great, that's about the only thing I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having hundreds of emails per day coming into shared mailboxes with a team working on them as they come in. Hiver helps us manage this efficiently with the ability to assign emails to individuals, tag them to notify them using Slack, and then mark the emails as closed when they have been dealth with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need shared mailboxes in Gmail, go for it! It works like a dream.

Indispensable tool for project collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Label sharing among users it is easy, quick and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing up to the moment. Technical support is excellent and any problem is solved whitin hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hiver it was a real nightmare to manage email distribution among staff involved in each project since each person could be involved at the same time in 5 or more projects, so email forwarding was the usual practice, which meant waste of time, delays and somehow disorders.
Since we began using it all theese problems are automatically solved which implies higher efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If email sharing is a headache for your organization I'm sure Hiver is the definitive tool you need.

What do you like best about the product?
We use to have one account that would be used by a few people in the office to reply to support requests, now everyone can use their own email but have access to all the emails. It decreased the time taking to reply to customers as you can automatically assign emails to certain people. Saved a lot of time and increased productivity. The new UI update has been a nice change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation in regards to automation needs to be more in depth. It can fill up your gmail accounts storage space quickly if you receive a lot of emails with attachments so you have to either upgrade your storage for all the accounts or clear old emails with large attachments every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't want to switch to a dedicated support system and leave gmail and Hiver has allowed us to use gmail to reply faster and organize emails with little effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth it if you have one main email address and multiple people needs access to it.

What do you like best about the product?
In my role I use the shared inbox's a lot and without them my job would be very difficult. The send later tool is also super useful! I can also see other teams shared inboxes. This means there's a lot of information I can find without having to check with them. Making me a lot more independent, which is very important
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about hiver. My only pet peev is that it asks you to have on conversation view and if you don't it there's a really annoying banner about it at the top of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the main user of a shared inbox, the assign function allows me to assign emails to relevant team members

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a Hiver user for around 4 years. In that time frame Hiver along with a a few other key apps has transformed the way we communicate, stay on top of leads and customer issues. Setup and customization are very intuitive. Any new enhancements that they regularly implement are utilized by us very quickly with minimal learning curve. Support has been spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Hiver Labels for our internal workflows, the inability to restrict who can add/remove shared labels they are part off gives us some trouble. We have to trust that users will not be removing shared labels from the gmail chains they are part off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver makes it easy to stay on top of all our leads requests that arrive by email from various channels and all of the continues communication regardless which sales person replies. All communication can be retained often within single gmail chain. Hiver templates provide majorconvience and are way better than gmail canned responses feature. Shared mailboxes offer alternative to other support desk applications without the need to leave the Gmail. Analytics option is a very nice addition. All in all with the options it offers, I seen nothing else that can match it.

What do you like best about the product?
You can work within G-mail, no jumping back and forward, that saves a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has become more expensive than at the beginning, but the service and features makes ist worth.
Maybe some pricing for small teams would be more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email-sharing within the team. Short messages to the mail, for the team inside.

A must-have for shared inboxes!

What do you like best about the product?
If you need a ticketing system, but you cannot get rid of GMail, that's the best thing to add to shared mailboxes. It's also super easy to implement and use, as it's nicely integrated with GMail layout. I also appreciate the quick support from Hiver team in case we have any questions / feature requests / problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Built-in analytics is very simple for now, so you'll probably have to prepare your own based on the "csv import" feature. SLA function is also quite basic for the moment, but at least you can set up a simple version from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps us with processing internal operational tickets within a team in one shared inbox. Our productivity stats are much much better after couple months using Hiver. What was also super important for us is that Hiver provides detailed analytics and data to track and measure our work.

Probably the best Gmail Extension I've ever used..

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a life saver.

We've been using Hiver for a couple of years now and only have positive things to say of our experience with the tool.

When we got on board with Hiver we were having extreme issues internally with email sharing and collaboration particularly on our shared email address such as info@ and sales@. We found that these emails were being sent to a load of different people and resulting in a load of CC'ing on responses and a load of emails getting lost and more than one person replying to the same email.. We tried a few tools we found before settling on Hiver and were amazed at how easily it solved our email sharing issues.

Now, we can have shared inboxes that all of my staff can see where emails can be assigned to particular people and there'e even notification if someone else tries to reply to the same email you are looking at.

Hiver works like a dream for us and means that all of our emails are kept on top of and each employees work can be measured down to a t!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most gmail extensions, I have experienced some conflicts with a couple of extensions I use when they're all enabled at the same time/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more CC'ing!
No more conflicts / multiple people replying at the same time
Easy labelling means we can see at a glance the status of meals and who dealt with it

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great tool to manage a shared mailbox on Gmail. Allows for easy distribution of emails to users and to help them cooperate on various email threads. A standout feature is a very responsive Support service, accessible via live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since one of the recent updates, viewing emails assigned to other users in the team became less intuitive and comfortable, I'm sad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams can easily use their shared mailboxes, to distribute emails, cooperate and fill in for one another, without getting in each other's way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest going back to the old method of viewing emails assigned to other members of the team, it was much better than the current one.
