Quick to setup in a small team

What do you like best about the product?
We liked that we were able to get Hiver setup really quickly. As a team of 3, we knew we wanted to start receiving customer feedback but didn't know how we'd manage it yet. Hive allowed us to get something setup really quickly and then play around with assigning, labels and notes until we figured out a sustainable system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could have more filters to set up triggers such as autosolving or autoassigning rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone in the team has visibility and searchable history for our emails, even if only one person replies to them.

Hiver streamlines our bidding

What do you like best about the product?
We're a sales team that uses Hiver to organize project bids and client communication. Prior to Hiver, I had to keep a google doc of all incoming bids to track who was working on what, had it been reviewed, had it been sent out, and who had capacity for more work. Now with Hiver, it is much more simplified. I can easily see on my Gmail screen how many open convos my team has & how many unassigned convos there are. One additional click shows me how many of those team convos are by person. Its made keeping track of work load much easier for me.

The note feature has made chatting internally on that bid much easier and provides a permanent record of all the back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small thing, I manage a team of 5 people and I bounce around a lot. I wish the number would stay next to my notification bell until all had been read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An unexpected and hugely beneficial perk of Hiver has been managing when someone is out of office. Clients don't have to repeat themselves because anyone on our team that is in the Hiver box can see the entire email string. It makes covering for co-workers much less stressful as we can see everything we need too
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of the trial period. We worked within it for a week or so before committing.

Hiver - The best collaborative inbox solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allowed us insight into our group inboxes that was not possible beforehand. Their service team is top notch, and all other Hiver employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I have never felt like my issues or questions were not valid and they have taken our feedback to directly influence the course of the addon's development.

The program adds a lot of productivity in a package that looks and feels like it came straight from the Gmail team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that will likely be improved over time. Being able to apply individual business hours at the user level to determine analytics would be great. Mainly my gripes are with the analytics suite, as there is not a clear cut definition around some of the measurements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of 25 sales people that were all sharing a single Gmail inbox originally which caused numerous issues with accountability and stability. Hiver allows a single point of contact for our customers to reach out to, but all 25 of our reps can manage their tasks and threads individually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a Gsuite admin looking to maintain your IT infrastructure and add in the collaborative inbox features your team needs, Hiver is really your only option. Luckily they do a great job of this and clearly want to continue improving the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a too simple and straightforward instrument to utilize. It's an extraordinary device, that encourages me deal with my work messages among customers and colleagues. Hiver is simple incorporating with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not discovered things I disdain about Hiver. For utilizing it to deal with my Emails it has done all that I need it to do as of now and don't have any objections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing Hiver enables me to effectively monitor every one of my messages from customers, and oversee which messages get shared to collaborators. I never again need to burrow through arrangements of messages to discover what i'm searching for I can discover what I need rapidly. Hiver has proven valuable and efficient for our group.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Certainly, utilize this to a most extreme potential, it is incredible for narrowing messages and doling out them to the right individual and division. Indeed, even time allotments (24/7 emails) to keep inside a specific time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
Assigning task to other staff that share the same Hiver box, and sharing templates for our responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to keep track of emails once its assigned to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared inbox gets the work done faster and allows team to better communicate.

Very good app to keep all your company inboxes organized

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the whole app is to use, and how fast you can learn to work with it
What do you dislike about the product?
They're always having issues with updates, fixing things, sometimes that makes us re-check every single label to be sure that everything was sync correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Re-sending / forwarding emails to every single user who needs to know about certain information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to create the main email account, where you receive ALL your company communication, and then you can just spread the needed emails with labels to all your users, that way, you can keep track of all the emails, and you don't need to worry about losing any client/contact. There's a huge amount of ways to configure this for your company, and you can adapt it for any needs you have.

Hiver Improving Efficiencies but lacking in notifcations

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hiver is able to drop emails within one inbox and our team is able to assign it internally. Our accounting department has very diverse duties and it helps for us to split the tasks internally instead of having our clients figure out who to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications settings are below average. There have been times where notifications are marked as not read, when I know for a fact that they have. All individuals in my department have experienced this as well. Some of the notifications are from emails from weeks ago that have already been labeled as "closed." I am not sure if the integration with gmail is to blame. I use slack in order to keep track of what tasks have been completed or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-East to communicate with other individuals or departments on the side bar. We don't always have time to walk to a coworker individually and explain what needs to be done with every email. If there is any confusion it's nice to have discussions on the Hiver thread and leave behind next steps.
-Delegating tasks within departments without constantly forwarding emails and losing attachments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're constantly forwarding emails between individuals in your department, hiver is the way to go.

The best add-on for your Gmail account.

What do you like best about the product?
Hoover is a super easy tool to use, when I started using it for my mail, in which I respond to many cases of support and sales, I did not imagine it was so simple your installation should only register me, and the add-on was automatically added to my google browser, and then activated on my gmail account automatically, thanks to whoever I can use my mail in a more organized, creating folders where I can share specific folders, with detailed information for certain types of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that gives me a certain fear when using heavier, is the confidentiality of the emails, I cannot be 100% sure, that this application access to my data, since I do not know what kind of security, they handle, and when installed from the Google playstore, it can be easy to manipulate it by a third party, I recommend having certain precautions when installing it, like a firewall and an antivirus, always updated, in case some kind of suspicion is detected in the use of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use my gmail mail that I like so much, as any other type of business mail, giving additional tools to gmail, to have all the information about my contacts, better organized and distributed, I can include in these shared folders, not only the customers if not other support members, having a live view of all events, for all staff, who is interested, in different cases of support and sales, with specific people.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows our project teams to share info real-time, keeping messages organized by project, without overcrowding everyone’s inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimum admin tools. It would be helpful to be more able to manage messages in shared labels from the admin panel.
