What do you like best about the product?
easy to use , very easey to configure , taken me two days only to configure it for IT support.
What do you dislike about the product?
if it gives the reports in the ticketing wise method then that will be a great, there are lot of options which Is not able to recognize it automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
peoples sendign any IT request to the email, and its generating to a IT ticket, and its getting capturgin everything what IT does.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a shared inbox is crucial to my non-profit organization's success. We regularly get multiple emails per day spanning across various departments. After a trial of the paid version of the service, we were delighted to start using Hiver. U
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, our organization is unable to afford the paid version of the software. We would love to be able to use these features but at this moment, we are unable to make it work. The free version simply does not include some critical features that we would love to implement in our operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage the shared inbox is critical to our operation.

Nice Platform for Office Uniformity

What do you like best about the product?
Hive has been really helpful in helping our team be able to work more efficiently in unison while not being present with each other. Instead of having to talk to eachother and then reply to an email, Hiver gives us easy visibility into what is happening behind the scenes. It's relatively user friendly and the team picked up how to use it quicly. Hiver's customer service is also very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
After installing Hiver- things just move slower in the email platform/URL/inbox.
It is quite a heavy lift to install Hiver and get it working as efficiently as I know it can! It's a LOT of manual work upfront which would be my biggest hesitency in recommending it to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our team to have insight and visibility into all the different areas of our business and allowing our team members to stay in their lane of expertise.

The contacts feature was clunky and you could not make a "contact card" or edit any contact information

Efficient Inbox Management with Stellar Free Features

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Hiver is that even the free plan offers amazing features. We're able to categorize emails, set responsibilities, use tags, and have internal chats, which is extremely helpful for managing our shared inbox and avoiding confusion about who is responsible for what. These features are available on the free plan, and they make managing emails much easier. Additionally, once an email is received, we can quickly categorize it and assign responsibilities, which keeps our team running smoothly. The tags are super helpful for identifying urgent matters, so everyone knows their responsibilities and which tasks are urgent right when they check the inbox. The chat feature is great too because it allows us to have contextual conversations without leaving the platform, which speeds up communication significantly. Setting up Hiver was a breeze, even for those of us who aren't IT experts; onboarding took less than ten minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some limitations in the free plan, which I know is normal since it's a free plan. But we only can use one tag. If we had more, it would be very great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hiver to categorize and delegate emails in our shared inbox, reducing confusion and setting clear responsibilities. Tags help identify urgent emails quickly, and internal chat enhances communication by keeping conversations in context, all contributing to smoother team operations.

From Selling Hiver to Using It Daily — Still Delivers!

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitiveness and the simplicity of staying on top of Gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver side panel has been the same since the initial days. Could become exhaustive with other channels coming in. Can bring in Shared label alongside shared mailbox in the side panel. Maybe tonality, AI tags etc could show up as prompts for easier application of tags. You can also drive AI to learn user behaviour and start to perform daily mundane activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using to manage my sales@ shared mailbox for a specific program I'm driving sales.

The interface because it is easy to navigate.

On the shared mail boxes, it sometimes does not show email trails if we are not looped in.

It takes time to sync so that Hiver has to be refreshed before it actually starts working.
