Easy access and sharing of emails with coworkers

Often issues of not syncing. Causes confusion with others.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver offers a unique and efficient way of sharing inboxes and assigning tasks that can help us optimize our internal and external communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features we would like added. Not so much a dislike, as a knowledge that it will be even better soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to move to a more efficient team structure within our organization. Having separated mailboxes for each team allows for more directed communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Hiver app has improved greatly less than a year that we've been working with it, and continues to get better and add functionality as they grow. Their support team is wonderful and responsive, and they are willing to adapt to our needs as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send messages to other in the team, ability to assign emails to individuals. Warning message when another member of the team is responding to an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function only searches within specific folders rathen than the whole inbox (even if emails have been closed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared working, quicker response to emails when a member of staff is away.
Great efficiency gains! Helps team manage email very well.

I like the shared inbox feature the best. It allows us to have one point of customer contact.

Nothing to dislike. An enhancement to email templates would be to allow attachments.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helps to share emails between different users in the office, keeping everyone updated on all project information, etc. It also helps to sort and save all emails to keep a paper trail on all correspondence
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver sometimes logs you out of the system without you knowing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the benefit that everyone in a team can keep an eye on all correspondence, and therefore be updated on everything that is happening on a project. Any team member can take over a project at any stage, as they are up to date with correspondence, etc
Created teamwork within our email so we can divide and conquer
What do you like best about the product?
Really like how we can assign tasks, and put notes to the person doing that tasks so they don't have to bother the original person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall smooth, once in awhile have to relogin. Would like to see the "shared" emails and the "direct to the person" emails all in the same inbox, as have to jump back and forth at times.

Making sure that everybody knows what they need to do/keep them informed, but then dividing out the tasks .

What do you like best about the product?
Simple management of multiple inboxes. Allocation of emails to different people

Nothing to dislike! It wokrs seamlessly and updates quickly

We have 2 inboxes (one for contact and one for direct sales) Hiver allows us to easily sift through multiple responses and orders whilst allocating them to the right people in the business with ease

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to share emails ! I win several minutes every day to check my email, resolve the problems and send stuff to my team. The templates are perfect to use and share with all persons use hiver. The pending option are really important for me !

nothing actually, all is good and we can work perfectly !

Time time and productivity, i can share email and files to my collegues quickly !
