What do you like best about the product?
I like the Notes feature. And I like that you can claim an email or assign it to someone else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notes that tagged one person specifically were somehow pinned to the top of the notes section. I also wish you could have some notes pinned to the top so they don't get lost in the opening/closing of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working together between offices with the same email inbox. It helps spread the workload to other teammembers when used properly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all team members are on the same page, and following the same work flow.

Managing multiple emails and analytics.. very visible and understanding to use.. great support team

SLA violations not customize able.. but other than that everything is great

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to move conversations to another user with a click of a button
I love the shared labels but not sure if they offer that anymore?
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes shared labels function misbehaves, but very occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have central inbox with multiple different types of users that emails need to be filtered to. Customer service, accounts, tech support, quotes etc - hiver lets us set up a mailbox and with 1 click, assign emails to the relevant parties
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Chek all features to make sure it fits your requirements - they do have a trial!

Great for team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
We love that everyone on the team can jump in and help tackle all of our client inquiries. We also LOVE the customer support we receive from Hiver.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have SO many shared labels, sometimes it came be a little cumbersome to just keep them all organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved a lot of work/life balance issues because anybody can serve any of our clients.

Sent items appear as unread in our inbox

The generic email inbox needing to be forwarded to the correct person, every day, every email, all the time!

Switch now and save yourself hours and a lot of stress!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the options to send, unassign and close my emails all with the ease of one button.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are days when the system is down and it might take a few minutes or an hour or more to get it back up and in all that time you are weeding through All Mail to find what you have and don't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it's easy for multiple people to work on multiple emails/clients within email and see who has what and whats being done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can write notes directly to your colleagues in an email so that they can review them without actually adding them to the email. I also like that you can also leave notes for yourself within each email.
What do you dislike about the product?
SLA violations being given on emails you sent that are assigned to a specific mailbox afterwards. It is a bit difficult keeping track of he emails that aren't assigned to you in the inbox you work out of. Also, you receive SLA violations on emails that are reopened by the customer. It would be best to base those violations on the timeline the email was opened. Meaning, if it us closed the SLA should reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to view emails from your colleague between customers. Other jobs I've worked with used excel and it was really hard to track customer issues if you weren't included on the email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all the features available to you. There are a lot of tools available that you can use that well help you efficiently get through your day and stay on top of all tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all the work flow strides, they are null by the lag time and the fact that I have to check multiple inboxes.Switching back and forth results in more delays. And now I physically have to touch every individual email because you can't close multiple emails at once.
