Hiccups but has some good points.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the options to send, unassign and close my emails all with the ease of one button.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are days when the system is down and it might take a few minutes or an hour or more to get it back up and in all that time you are weeding through All Mail to find what you have and don't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it's easy for multiple people to work on multiple emails/clients within email and see who has what and whats being done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can write notes directly to your colleagues in an email so that they can review them without actually adding them to the email. I also like that you can also leave notes for yourself within each email.
What do you dislike about the product?
SLA violations being given on emails you sent that are assigned to a specific mailbox afterwards. It is a bit difficult keeping track of he emails that aren't assigned to you in the inbox you work out of. Also, you receive SLA violations on emails that are reopened by the customer. It would be best to base those violations on the timeline the email was opened. Meaning, if it us closed the SLA should reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to view emails from your colleague between customers. Other jobs I've worked with used excel and it was really hard to track customer issues if you weren't included on the email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all the features available to you. There are a lot of tools available that you can use that well help you efficiently get through your day and stay on top of all tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all the work flow strides, they are null by the lag time and the fact that I have to check multiple inboxes.Switching back and forth results in more delays. And now I physically have to touch every individual email because you can't close multiple emails at once.

Probably not
Can be helpful for collaborations.

The notes. Hands down the most useful feature for me.

Issues with lag and e-mails not looking quite the same as standard Gmail.

Sharing labels with collegues is very easy and improving business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very straight forward, the tool is great in doing what it does, I dislike nothing at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many clients, we set up a Hiver shared label per client. When people are on holiday, the other collegues can see mails in the shared labes from other persons and help the clients.

We love to share our templates. It really helps us get out work done a lot more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, so far everything has been working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing templates. Reducing time by not having to repeat mundane tasks of rewriting the same exact emails over and over.

Utilize the template sharing for sure! It's a life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the snooze function the best - I can come back to something later without forgetting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it glitches or signs me out pretty frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing really - Benefits from the snooze function helps with follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Hiver is its easy integration with Gmail. The ability to communicate with team members and discuss on the side of an email before somebody answers really helps us keep a strong image and unified policy. It makes my day much more organized since I am able to select the work that I need and neatly view only those emails which I need to act on. Our Ops distribution list receives hundreds of emails daily, so keeping track of what action is needed from me has never been more easy! 10/10
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chat between members of the same group was more easily accessible. It is currently a notification, but I receive a lot of them. It is hard to see when someone messaged me or it is just an automatic notification. I also wish you could tag an email without having to open the email itself. I find it affects my analytics since I do not tag all the emails as much as I would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Extreme organization
2) Communication within the team on matters that we should all discuss, but we are not always together.

Some minor bugs we found from time to time.
Thankfully Hiver has a really great customer service team that normally resolves the issue on the same day.
