Changes the game for tackling a team inbox!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has changed the way our team operates our main company inbox. Emails are clearly assigned to team members, and all members have access to any email thread which is added into your Hiver folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is definitely a noticeable lag in the software which gets much worse when the internet connection is not optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox organization for customer service team. The more organization, the better! Hiver allows for assigned threads, specific tags, draft sharing, etc. which all prove useful and time saving for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiver is a great tool to help multiple users tackle one inbox. It's also very helpful to stay organized with what emails you still need to address, whether or not you have opened or "read" them. Say goodbye to continually using your "mark as unread" button!
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to add notes to emails that have not been closed. Also the snooze option is helpful. Many times I've forgotten to respond to an email and there is a reminder for it that gives me the option to dismiss or nudge.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is more than one user and if the email doesn't get moved right away, a response can be sent twice. There should be a read receipt of some sort to show that someone has already accessed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver for our main inbox for support coming in from customers and this is helpful to sort through any specific kinds. SO far it has been utilized very well.

Im using the trial of Hiver and had a support question. They got back to me within half an hour and we solved the issue. I was very impressed with the quick service

Mobile app needs some work. Would like to have ticket numbers

What do you like best about the product?
is so amazing to be able to do it all within your regular email. Love love Hiver!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I don't like is the comments, which are the most important, are not easily accessible to view it all unless you go inside each email and look at the panel section where comments are. There should be a way to have an easier form of seeing all comments at glance and going inside the email that demands the most our action right away. This should be fixed quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email templates, and being able to reassign emails to colleagues. The support staff are also quick to respond to issues.

I had a few issues where the templates disappeared, but this has since been resolved

When colleagues are out of the office, its been helpful to reassign their work.

Sharing email "Labels" and Inboxes in GMail is intuitive and exactly how we want to operate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched to Hiver from ZenDesk because we wanted something lightweight and cost effective for our small team. Hiver's pricing increases have made us consider going back to ZenDesk or shopping for an alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support. It is easy to get team members using Hiver without a lot of training.
Great Email Organization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes sharing & organizing shared mailboxes easy! I love that I can easily assign myself or my colleagues to an email. I can track the status of emails using labels. I can easily sort my inbox for emails that need follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once an email has been assigned a shared Hiver label, there's no way to go back & remove that email from my coworkers' email.

Definitely give it a try! Implement a standard operating process for your department/company.
Hiver for better visibility with team emails
What do you like best about the product?
Really love being able to share drafts with team-mates and tagging them to certain email to have them respond or to ask a quick question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails that are starred and important don't make it into my inbox and land in the big group box

Smoother communication, more visibility, great for solving communication collaboration chalenges.
