Excellent integration with Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things about Hiver that I like but the fact that it allows our Sales team to share a mail box is the best thing. The abbility to assign to different teams members is key. I also like that we can input notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Hiver for awhile now and have yet to find any drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial quote requests come into a shared mailbox and we are able to assign them to sales people individually.

being able to hiver in my co-workers and having side conversations that don't create a read e-mail thread due to forward vs. replies

when an old e-mail gets hiver'd, instead of it being bumped to the top, it gets placed at the date that the original e-mail was sent

The benefits have been that it creates an easier way of sharing e-mails with co-workers

Miscellaneous emails being aggregated to the appropriate contact at hte company.

I like that we can assign emails and be aware of who is doing what and when

We had a small issue that we were getting old emails when someone transitioned out but it was addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not needing to weed out bad emails and be able to address issues even after a email has been closed
Great for Office Email!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the "@" social media feature. It allows me to send quick messages to colleagues so that they can see specific emails that I am working on. The notifications are really easy to keep track of and it makes it easier to identify which emails are most important and time pressing. It was really easy to learn how to use and allows everyone in our office to know what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like an one email cannot be in multiple folders at once. More than one person in our office works on one email at a time, so it would be nice if we could both have it in our folders!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better handle the office email. It is a lot easier to see what other projects our team members are working on and it has helped tremendously to pick up their workload when people are out of the office!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product to use when a large number of email are using one email address. It is easy to share emails, and delegate tasks to one another. I really love the "@" social media feature that allows you to communicate with other people quickly and that you can refer back to these notes later on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our team can easily assign emails and we can save templates for our responses. It has definitely made our work easier and more organized. It's also very helpful when someone from our team is out and we have to re-assign emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to access email templates. I would also like to see a faster way to assign tags to emails. Nothing major that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a team is easier, particularly when someone is out on vacation. It's very easy to re-assign emails, making sure clients are taken care of in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a try, the more you use it the more useful it becomes. It's very easy to use.

Shared mailboxes and the added flexibility form shared labels is fantastic for managing a large volume of incoming email across multiple small tems.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a large team it gets quite expensive.

Streamlining email delegation across teams and departments. allowing each team member to keep track of their responsibilities is key.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it and keep everything in your inbox instead of adding multiple support/email based ticketing solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
All employees are in the loop! Everyone is on the same page when in communication with our customers.

sometimes i don't get the little red notification dot
