Gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is fine for what it does - it turns Gmail into a ticket system for customer service. It's pretty straightforward since it just works inside Gmail, so you don't have to learn anything really new. I can assign emails to people, track tickets, and see what everyone else is doing. Works well enough for basic customer service needs, it gets the job done without much fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. It gets the job done and is pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a shared inbox that gets lots of email communication daily. Mainly it was needed to allow everyone to get emails to their own personal work accounts and to be able to delate emails by assigning it to others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how my inboxes get organized and tagged, and the email templates are pretty neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I see any particular feature that is lackluster or missing, but I guess that the admin panel could be a bit better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly I use it for organizing inboxes by assignee and by tagging

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is excellent at allocating the email work load to the correct person and response coming back being allocated back to the original person this makes managing our email account alot easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is it takes emails slightly longer to come through
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver just makes it alot easier to manage the emails coming in

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and customer service is readily available and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike yet, but I do think there are some things that can be improved with time (i.e. when a user creates a folder for email templates, it cannot be deleted by the creator if not an admin, even when it was created for personal use and is not shared).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to organize and have access to what my colleagues are doing in case I need to take over an account, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Assigning emails to my team in one click. If I need to reassign, it is easy to find to do so. Onboarding with Hiver was informative and very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am logged out at least once a week. It's quick to log back in but I'm not sure why that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hiver gives me more time to tackle important emails and delegate effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hiver is that it allows me to view the sales emails as the company'sonly engineer. I can track returns and repairs. I can also see customized orders
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes finding emails very difficult. Even just havving to click " My Sent" in browing sent emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communications in Sales orders

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about HIVER is the real time updates when it comes to monitoring our entire staff working on a singular issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thin I do not like about HIVER is how it sometimes takes a while to refresh and update for it's first use of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIVER is solving the issue of our entire team working one email for an entire department. Employees are able to seamlessly jump in one after another.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is an extension that can be installed at a click of a button. It's simple to use and also allows for templates and trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really slows down your email inbox after it was installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's assisting us to have more visibility on our work and has improved our response times to our clients. It has also assisted us in making more sales.
