Efficient way to manage shared inboxes and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set up workflows and allocate emails to team members using a shared inbox
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes find the tagging doesn't always work in terms of getting allocated to a person

Hiver ended a lot of arguements on wether or not Google Groups was working for our team, or not.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is easy to navigate and allows customers to always be taken care of! I never worry if our team has forgotten an email or not. I use Hiver every day and it allows us to stay organized. This software has been easy to use, implement and integrate into our team. We can always take care of our customers and ensure they are getting the best customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not subscribing to the upgraded version.
I wish our company paid for the upgraded version because of the unreal analytics and automations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is keeping us more organized and ensuring that customers are being taken care of. We are in turn getting more sales and turning more inquiries into finalized orders.

Hiver helps us save a TON of time managing and mowing through thousands of emails, as a small team.

None comes to mind, it's been great for us so far the past couple of years!

Turnaround Time, Resource Maximization,
Immediately became an essential tool for our office organization
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hiver every day to organize our booking emails and workflow. It's simple enough that training new hires is quick and easy. Adding it to our training manuals and checklists was easy, too. Their support staff respond quickly. They have continuing education on their platform to help learn new features as they come up. Couldn't imagine not using now!

The issue we've had with Hiver, so far, is....nothing!

Organizing and distrubuting workflow all through the office. It's a much cleaner organizational tool than basic email.

It solves the problem of managing shared inboxes, like support by allowing us to assign emails to specific team members.
It has been a great time saver and organizer to have all of your emails in one place.

The difficulty in adding the HubSpot integration with Hiver.

It is simplifying the management of our customer service emails while allowing us to quickly organize ourselves and providing more timely assistance to our customers.
Helpful and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The organazation features are easy to use! Hiver was a smooth transiation for me to use and a greta way for a team to share emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a major downside yet, especially when customer service is so helpful!
