Hiver rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
It has significantly streamlined our email management.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now, as Hiver has been quite useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of managing shared inboxes, like support by allowing us to assign emails to specific team members.
It has been a great time saver and organizer to have all of your emails in one place.

The automation and ability to track email responses.

The difficulty in adding the HubSpot integration with Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying the management of our customer service emails while allowing us to quickly organize ourselves and providing more timely assistance to our customers.
Helpful and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The organazation features are easy to use! Hiver was a smooth transiation for me to use and a greta way for a team to share emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a major downside yet, especially when customer service is so helpful!

Improves Organization and Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Allows input from collaborators without needing to use another communication app.

Not compatible with smartphones which makes it difficult to see communication on the go

Hiver is solving the issue of compartmentalizing different tasks and responsibilities among many collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how responsive the Hiver is to our team's needs. Mike is always helpful with brainstorming with our team. We appreciate all the help and support he has provided in training, new approaches to the product, and more. I am so excited to work with Mike and the product team to develop a chatbot for our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has helped us respond more quickly to student questions. We now have a more transparent process in place to ensure students are not getting different information from multiple users. We also need to respond to a large volume of student inquiries and questions. Hiver has already helped with this, but we hope the chatbot will reduce the manual hours of our student success staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helps our team stay organized and prevents the diffusion of responsibility in email chains with multiple recipients. With shared inboxes for different facets of our business (finance, leasing, etc.), Hiver ensures that the right team member is assigned to each thread. This streamlines our communication, reduces confusion, and eliminates delays. Hiver is part of our everyday - we use the email templates, tags and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver assigns every email in our inboxes, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. While there are settings to automatically close spam and ‘thank you’ emails, configuring these rules requires additional time and setup.

Hiver helps our team stay organized and ensures accountability in email communication. Before using Hiver, emails sent to shared inboxes (finance, leasing, etc.) often led to confusion—multiple team members would either respond to the same email or assume someone else would handle it. Hiver eliminates this diffusion of responsibility by allowing us to assign emails directly, ensuring timely and clear responses.
Additionally, Hiver streamlines our workflow by keeping all communication within Gmail, reducing the need for external tracking tools. Features like automated email assignment and rules for closing spam or low-priority messages help us manage inbox overload more efficiently. While setup requires some initial time investment, the long-term benefits of improved organization and faster response times outweigh the effort.

Great program
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a solution for a shared customer service inbox that allowed us to assign emails. Hiver did this and more. There were lots of features that we loved- email templates, auto responses & analytics were some of my favotires! We used Hiver on a daily basis and were able to keep organized. It was so simple to install and learn to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried using the CSAT and everytime we closed an email it sent the survey but if a customer responded to the email instead of clicking an answer it would open the email back up and it was an endless cycle so eventually I just turned it off.

Works great most of the time
What do you like best about the product?
Send and close emails with one click, assign emails to others and leave notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't load properly or at all. Sometimes the emails do go away after clicking send and close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily track if someone has responded to an email that several of us get copied on.

Hiver solves team email chaos by streamlining collaboration, assignment, and tracking within Gmail. This boosts productivity, ensures accountability, and improves response times, leading to more efficient workflows and better customer service.
Unnecessary
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy for others on team to access customer service inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was clunky. Had to use the nested view, which I hated. Became totally unnecessary. Could easily and cheaply access the customer service inboxes by creating aliases, instead of paying hundreds of dollars for the same service.
