Hiver has been really seamless to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, far from overcomplicated!
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can name off the top of my head!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our work email organized!
Very good, but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support, ease of use and interface. Easy integration, very good daily usage and to implement in our routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their loading time, need to ask them to add features to fully help our usage, and to fix some of their already built-in features, which were not working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mailbox organization and email visualization for all users in the shared mailbox. The interface is good to see all pending emails.
Easy to Use Email Managers for Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy for teams to share emails with each other and coordinate who is working on what.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've run into is the CSS not working sometimes on Brave browser requiring disable/reenable of extension

Creating a shared inbox that the whole team can see
Very Helpful and Avoids Additional Apps
What do you like best about the product?
It has been very helpful in organizing assigning and tracking work. It is very helpful to be able to comment and attach files directly to emails that are in discussion. It also helps with being able to organize my inbox to focus on what I need to. I would very much recommend this product and look forward to its future generations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'll be nice when Hiver can integrate with even more utilities and tasks. A native integration with Threo would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage view and assign work tasks and communciaitons between employees and clients
Hiver is wonderful if you are collaborating with a team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track things that not only you are working on, but your team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a hard time finding emails that we have marked as closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to tag another team member ro assign an email that was sent to myself to someone else. Also, Love the ability to follow an email to make sure its been taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
i can customize it per inbox. my team is able to see each other tasks and re-assigning is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
being able to see if someone else is in the ticket and editing would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we take in a lot of payments through gmail and there isn't a good way to sort these. we found hiver and have been loving it.

The ability to organize, tag and collaborate with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lags and the search doesn't always pull everything that I'm searching for.

Ability to share and collaborate across our entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and implement. No additional software required. Integrates well with Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it integrates with Google, we've had a few instances of missing client emails if Google signs us out.

Streamlining client communication

Best for teams working in different departments but still need that collaboration for streamlining workflow!

Sometimes it's a bit slow especially for a big company like ours but customer support is great!

What do you like best about the product?
The interaction with Google Mail is amazing, I can navigate and search for details quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime Hiver is disconnected from gmail with no reason. The solution is sign-in back.

The most significant is the ability to get all pending tasks in a single inbox and also, the metrics you can extract
