What do you like best about the product?
It is a helpful tool to aid my team in best assisting our students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notification received gets burried compared to others I receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team spread out the emails we receive from students and they are distrubuted equally.

Best option for shared mailboxes when using Gmail

What do you like best about the product?
It enables capabilities in Gmail that you simply cannot do otherwise and would need to rely on Microsoft. Hiver is less expensive. Lots of tools for efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running the extension is computationally expensive and it runs slower on older hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the need to a shared inbox for customer service as we have multiple employees filling the same role.

It can be a bit difficult to understand if someone has been added to an inbox or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Before Hiver we were monitoring 4 email inboxes with 4 users all sharing. We were constantly checking eachothers inboxes if we were off for the day, and using our group chat to facilitate if someone had covered an email, etc. Now all our emials are in one place, theyre easy to find, reassign, and create notes for our follow co-workers. We can now see if an email has been handled, and easily switch them between people to ensure we are on top of all of our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found to Hiver is it takes a little longer to find emails that have been previously closed. You can still find them, its just not as fast as it previously was, however i'll still take it as a win.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had 4 shared inboxes, and 4 personal inboxes. Now all the emails are in one place, and we can pass off an email when we are done to the next person in line.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to communicate between departments with ease. We have appreciated a refresh training from the Hiver team to understand how to use features and customize our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides to using Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many clients and are able to move communications between departments with ease. We are also able to store our email communications for posterity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to understand the UI. It's easy to follow and it's clear on when my coworkers submit a ticket i know exactly how to help them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sometimes whenever a coworker responses to a past ticket and it reopens the same ticket. They should make it to where the sender has a option to reopen the ticket or just reply back to a message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THey are helping me and my team the ability to track all the PC related problems all in one place for me and my team to look at and act accordinly

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has completely transformed the way we manage team emails in our business. With its seamless integration into Gmail, we can track, assign, and resolve emails efficiently without leaving our inbox.

Hiver is a fantastic tool, but for small teams or startups, the pricing can be a bit steep compared to some alternatives.

Before using Hiver, managing shared inboxes was a challenge for our team. Emails would get lost, multiple team members would reply to the same customer, and tracking responsibilities was inefficient. Hiver has completely transformed our workflow by solving our email management has become more organized, our team is more productive, and our customers receive faster, more consistent responses.
