Great product to track the progress
What do you like best about the product?
Helps in getting regular updates and planning the action items

Sometime might make the inbox confusing but that fine with the productivity that it provided

Email management at ease
Hiver is very user friendly and a great tool to help organize.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize and share releavant emails with the right people. I use it every day, multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it isn't possible to close out multiple emaisl at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using a shared support inbox and allowing me, as operations, organzie emails for folks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can assign emails to one another, it's really usefull for teams that have a shared inbox

Some information could refresh faster, but it is still good

My team and I can collaborate together easiily
Excellent tool for team communication.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver let's me see at a glance what my team is working on. I can get detailed stats on our reponse times. We can make notes within the system to ensure we are all on the same page. Setup was much easier than the first product we tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides. Sometimes an email gets stuck in my inbox after it's closed but a quick x-out of the inbox tag resolves the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for us to grab emails from a shared inbox without unnecessary coordination. Closed emails pop back into open status with replies. Internal notes are easily visible.
Very helpful for organization

It keeps me on top of my workload. I like the reminders for follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing at times in the team environment.

Keeping me organized on my tasks and reminding me to follow up.
Great for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to reference an email to internal team members. Since it is an extension, it is easy to add to your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are only available for a higher subscription, those should be basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our team communicate about incoming emails and missed follow ups. The automations are helpful in reminding us about deadlines.

Yes, it's easy to understand and very helpful because it simplifies the way I manage emails and collaborate with my team. The interface is user-friendly, which makes it quick to learn and start using.

Sometimes its not easy to get infromation back after reporting an issue.

Hiver helps in organizing work and grouping emails, making it easier to find them later. This improves efficiency and streamlines communication within teams.

I haven't found a downside. It makes multiple inboxes easy to maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is very simple to introduce and use. It also has many other tools which give us the possibility to customize our mailbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support takes some time to investigate the reported case
