What do you like best about the product?
Yes, it's easy to understand and very helpful because it simplifies the way I manage emails and collaborate with my team. The interface is user-friendly, which makes it quick to learn and start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not easy to get infromation back after reporting an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps in organizing work and grouping emails, making it easier to find them later. This improves efficiency and streamlines communication within teams.

Easy to use and very reliable. A positive experience.

I haven't found a downside. It makes multiple inboxes easy to maintain.

Makes it easy to share inboxes and manage multiple inboxes from multiple locations.

Hiver is very simple to introduce and use. It also has many other tools which give us the possibility to customize our mailbox.

Sometimes the support takes some time to investigate the reported case

The one mailbox is used by multiple people

When multiple team members are responsible for a shared inbox, things can quickly get messy. Emails might be missed, multiple people may respond to the same email, or there could be a lack of accountability. Hiver enables teams to assign emails to specific team members, track progress, and leave internal notes. This keeps the team on the same page and prevents redundant efforts.
It also can be hard to measure performance or track how efficiently the team is responding to emails. Hiver gives insights into response times, workload distribution, and other performance metrics. This helps managers identify areas for improvement and optimize team productivity.

Great Way to Organize Group Email
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sort and tag emails as a team.
The ability to assign emails to specific team members.
The ability to mark an email as closed when complete to prevent confusion or duplication.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't tag yourself in the email notes and receive a notification.
If the email is not explicitly split then everyone sees the email chain, could be a problem if one member is not on Hiver and is unaware this is happening.

Organization of emails, ability to highlight key emails to busy individuals, the ability to mark items as complete once actioned.
Great tool for organizing emails
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for assigning out emails that come in to a group mailbox. It is also a great tool for tracking outstanding emails and statuses.

It occassionally runs slow for long email chains

We get a lot of emails into a shared inbox. Hiver allows us to assign those to individuals and track the status of each request

What do you like best about the product?
Getting the links for a specific email. Sharing a specific email is never easier. Nice collaboration for a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log out and log back in when opening a hiverr link from somewhere.

I was looking for an easy, clear email inbox management tool, and Hiver is just that! Exactly what I needed, and haven't had any problems with it

The most basic packages are a little pricy.

Allows us to allocate emails to different users based on what they are working on. Ensures nothing gets missed
Very clear, and useful. Will let you save a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
The tagging and auto assign are great and have definitely helped spread the load among the team. The templates feature is also one we've been using a lot recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features we'd like to see added in and look forward to the tool improving!

Spreading out the workload making it easier to auto assign emails and keep the shared inbox clear
