Easy in-Gmail ticket platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, to almost no setup hassle for Gmail/Google Workspace accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have extensive TAT computation policies, based on OU/function, etc. Advanced filters could be made available to facilitate a lot more easier journey when pulling up conversations/tickets based on TAT, labels, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of client tickets, auto responders, simple tracking of conversations within TAT/outside TAT.
Easy way to track your emails and organize them!
What do you like best about the product?
The tags are so easy to use and you can color code them which is great! It was also very easy to learn and onboard onto. I like how it's right in your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequency of use is difficult - sometimes it just takes a long time to add all the tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for our leadership to peer into our email inboxes and also have a shared inbox while our team members are OOO. It also can be used for reporting which is cool!
Hiver and V-Tix

Hiver's Chat funnction allows us to interact with customers in real time whic! We love how immediate shared emails show up in our shared inbox and how supportive your staff have been.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature we would love to see is an integration between Hiver and our Work Management application, Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to communicate with customers in real time and utilize a shared inbox so that we can brainstorm as a team on issues that our customers may be having.
Hiver is a game changer!

It was easy to implement. We got our entire organization up to speed and using Hiver in hours. Also, it works for Gmail which is required for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still very new, nothing so far. Support has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to handle our support requests. It easy to assign to team members.
Hiver Automation
What do you like best about the product?
You can automate almost all functions that you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's somehow complicated if you don't have someone knowledgeable guiding you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email compilations, spam emails, tons and tons of email not sorted properly.
Hiver is a Life Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Hiver is that it keeps tasks organized and in one place (especially in emails). This is very beneficial so we are aware of what tasks are still open and in need of responses. It has helped significantly with a quicker response time, which is an improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any downsides about Hiver so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps with quicker responses and is very organized. Quick and easy to use.
Hiver review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to assign emails to different people
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant assign multiple emails to people at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to manage a shared inbox
Sorting through a maze of countless emails
What do you like best about the product?
When our CEO introduced us to Hiver, my first impression is that nothing could be as good as advertised. We easily get 100 plus emails a day of medical records that must be uploaded properly and suspensed throughout the 20 member team. Litle did I know that Hiver categorization makes it possible to handle an avalanche of emails by allowing the work load to be categorized and allow anyone free from a task to step in and pick up someone else's workload to keep them from falling behind. The best way to describe what Hiver does is balance the workload and keep up with the deadlines and tasks much easier. Once I finish uploading all the faxes, I look and see which employee appears to have too many emails assigned to her, so I text her I'll jump in and start processing some of her workload. Or if someone is busy intaking a new client (and it can be two or three hours), she or he can signal to rest of employees on google chat that need help in my email box for next hour and someone jumps to it. Our workload is distributed more equally but the outcome is since utilizing and training on Hiver we rarely fall behind in timely processing of the many tasks our legal office requires. Makes multi-tasking much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is that it's easy to think someone is behind processing tasks and to assume they are not keeping up when the reality is they are speaking with clients or business vendors handling matters. When you have a multiploe email chain, you have to remember that the first email might be closed and assigned to someone but that the next eail might also need closing after confirming the assignee. Other than that, hard to think of any negatives as it is a must for companies that need multi-tasking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I communicate with at least ten to twelve of our employees daily. Hiver makes things go smooth. I assign incoming emails to the various project managers and then I can observe if those assignments get processeed efficiently. I go home knowing where we are at and when I come in the next day by looking at the Hiver unassigned vs assigned categories I instantly get an accurate snapshot of where I need to start.
Overall, Hiver has helped us organize our inbox and ensure emails are assigned appropriately.
What do you like best about the product?
The automations and the open/close features are very helpful for our team. We utilize automations to help ensure that recurring emails are forwarded to the correct person. The open/close feature helps us to ensure that each email is responded to and that every person who reaches out to us is accounted for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually, it can be a little inconvenient. For example, the search bar in Gmail when in in a shared inbox is always full of text. I understand that's part of what makes it work, however, it would be great to have the search box empty. In addition, the mobile app is not very dependable, as there are times it does not update. So I have had to access my email from computer rather than being able to manage shared inboxes from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Hiver helps us solve in ensuring we do not miss emails. In addition, the automations help us manage to ensure that emails are assigned to the correct person. We have a high volume of email coming to our inbox and we were running into issues with occasionally missing emails. The open/close feature has helped to ensure every email is accounted for. The automations save us time as well.
