What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how easy it is to separate works emails into catagories and nominate who actions it
What do you dislike about the product?
can be expensive for small business with small turnover
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing emails and the ability to leave notes and nominate staff to action requests

What do you like best about the product?
it makes it so easy to talk with team members and add notes to emails. I like being able to assign the email to them with a note that the client does see. I use several hiver features on a daily basis at work. The customer support is great! Its very easy to add another feature and has great instructions to help set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think the notifications can get lost at times. Could be hiver, could be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is greatly improved with Hiver!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is in my direct Inbox, but I can also hide it from my main view. It gives other team members not in investor services visibility in a platform they are familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when workloads are high it is a lot to manage in personal inbox where ticketing systems work better for my mental filing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All emails come to one place and we can easily have visibility over the teams workload

Rather than forwarding emails to my co-workers and it getting messy, we can assign and tag - creating less confusion

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helps bussinesses manage email communication and collaboration. It helps user to manage email more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I am concern, I find Hiver very useful and helpful. I cannot see any downside of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps organizations especially in terms of handling services and orders. It also helps us to handle customer email communication more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
For someone who doesnt know there way around a computer. Hiver is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I got the hang of things I dont think I can say anything bad about hiver. I love it.

We use hiver on the daily bases with mulitple users. It keeps us organized and moving along very quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can assign emails to diff users, taking it out of your inbox- makes it easier to organize your emails and declutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to know if another person has reviewed something without them assigning it. I also don't like that you can't easily make a vacation responder for multiple inboxes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we receive a lot of emails that could go to many departments, I like that I can assign to another team and they can take care of it from the shared box, vs forwarding an email from a regular box.

Keep yourself and your team on top of incoming emails with Hiver

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to tag emails and route them accordingly. I also like that multiple team members can access different inboxes so that we can work together rather than just having one person manage each inbox. I also love the email templates and this actually took away my need to pay for superhuman subscription. It's also helpful that I didn't have to teach any team members how to use it because it's so easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any downsides - it's only helped my efficiency and ability to stay on top of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many different types of support emails come through our general inbox, as well as other designated inboxes. They need to land in the right team members inbox and Hiver allows us to collaboritvely do this. I personally use Hiver's email templates every day when answering similar types of questions in my role as a help desk person. We also use it for data collection to understand the volume of types of support that come through.

It helps us organize emails. We can assign and use labels which is very helpful.

Nothing, I think Hiver does what it promise that it would do.

Have not encountered any problems yet.
