Hiver allows me to keep tabs on important email strings that could be lost otherwise

The assignment feature allows for everyone to know who the action is on in a sequence

Some of the search can be cluncky, I sometimes have a hard time searching for things

It is keeping track of everything so nothing can get forgotten

I like that it makes my job easier by delegating incoming emails

Organising all of our team emails, its really easy to use.

Nothing to highlight, haven't experienced any issues and loving it so far!

It helps us sort our emails between two groups within our team which saves us a lot of time on a day to day basis.

Love that we can assign emails to specific departments or people. Easy to use and search. Great tool to have in our business.

Sometimes I have to log back in, but that's not really an issue.

Convenient and Fast

what I like about Hiver is that it's very fast in delivering emails to our shared emails

Sometimes there are delays in navigation

Simple to use executive level inbox management
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to setup and use by non-technical staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a little high for the feature set. It would be nice to see a paired down license that focused more on executive inbox management (multiple admin assts. in an inbox).

Management of an executive inbox. Allows for multiple users to draft, review, provide feedback, and approve email communications.
Easy Access and Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of Hiver and the functionality. It allows to complete email task quickly and uniofrmed through out our company. I would definietly recommend. I use it pretty frequently through out the day. It is very compatible with our email system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hiver needs to refresh quite a bit once I open my email and when I need it to assist a customer, I am needing to refresh my email just to have Hiver populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of erratic responses where as we are now uniformed with responses to customers.
Hiver Keeps My Email in Control!
What do you like best about the product?
The Filters are great! It keeps my email organized and in control.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter list is so long and cannot hop around.

Hiver allows my team to share communications with our clients and stay organized. No one gets missed!
