What do you like best about the product?
Organization of our inbox, assigning emails to users and adding tags
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes lose emails/responses due to things not reopening
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams can divide up work and transparency on who is working on what task, also track statistics

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes it easy to monitor emails throughout the company and enhances customer support by allowing multiple teammembers to reply to inquiries. This is especially helpful when one teammember is out or working on something more urgent. It was easy to implement for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Hiver is that it can be tricky until you are fully trained on using all of the features. It can be easy to accidentally send emails to purgatory if you aren't sure what you're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows multiple people to monitor the same inbox, which helps us honor customer response time goals even if one specific employee is unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface and intuitive Google Chrome integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver and Boomerang apps had a conflict in Chrome, but it's resolved now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time by automating frequently used email templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love hiver for the point of adding notes to emails for myself as well as my team. Very handy tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notifications stayed open longer after reading them or another option to refer back to them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows more communication on emails for all involved and less team chatting.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is all in one place! Having the ability to assign and share directly within our team makes things such a breeze. You can use it anywhere and anytime. Having a reminder to respond is also great to have when trying to provide the max amount of service and support to our clientel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only possible downside with Hiver is the TAGs section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solves and takes away having to start and forward emails.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hiver is that the ability to organize emails is clearly outlined, and the note section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver slows my Gmail down, and there is a tag limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solved the labeling emails appropriately problem, we were experiencing. I can now label and find emails faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is an essential part of my day to day. I like the ease of use, and the features that are included. We use this daily. The customer support team is always going above and beyond for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with Hiver. It is exactly what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solves the problem of me having to delegate emails within my team. The emails are equally distributed and I can easily account for any of my team members being out.

The new integration with Netsuite is something that we are very excited about!
