Pretty useful in most cases.
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time by removing the need to ask colleagues for information they received in their emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
People forget to send the email from the hiver address so information that should be logged in hiver is not.

Helps to bridge communication gaps between coworkers.

Sharing Emails among team members is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
My colleagues with Macs don't have this problem, but my hiver on a PC routinely disappears, especially when there is a new Chrome update. There is also an incompatibiltiy with our required OKTA SSO, which Hiver hasn't been able to resolve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can assign emails to co-workers to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I have to unassign emails so they do not come back to me. But other than that I have no complaints.

Hiver makes it so easy to assign emails to different employees to handle. Easy to sort and keep emails by tags.

Great support for a simple chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would allow inboxes to talk to each other with automations. Also the chat notification sounds are painful to the soul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping user rotation in a sales inbox.
Great tool for managing a shared inbox at our company
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly and easily sort, assign, and respond to all incoming customer inquiries has saved us a tremendous amount of time. Adding and removing users is simple and training staff takes no time at all. We use Hiver daily for all of our customer correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our staff sign out of the correct email account associated with Hiver, and they're no longer able to see the shared inbox folder. Other than that we have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we would lose track of who responded to what email. If we didn't cc all parties involved, sometimes emails would get double responses from different users.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is great for distributing required work across multiple functions and staff!
What do you dislike about the product?
Backend can very finicky. Customer service is nice but is not always very helpful.

Assigning tasks and providing information to staff
Ease of use makes supporting clients efficient and effortless

Dealing with support requests and assigning to users its seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the inbox view glitches and I see multiple support inboxes but can't click them

It helps keep track of client requests, and gives our company visibility so anyone can step in and help.
Great for a team mailbox
What do you like best about the product?
The shared mailbox is great and allows our team to take emails based on their individual expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some amount of email duplicity at times, and it can be difficult to find emails that have been put into Pending status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to identify which team members have picked up which emails.
Help me increase my productivity, substantially.

Sometimes it gets very buggy, especially when searching and adding labels.

What do you like best about the product?
Understanding customer satisfaction on email chains is helpful. Also, having access to a shared support account. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
People will accidentally a rating without meaning to / you can't have the satisfaction rating appear only once on a chain / the notifications never disappear.

Having access to a shared inbox. Understanding customer sentiment.
