Good for Collaboration and Multiple inboxes

What do you like best about the product?
The chat function to talk to over colleuges to ensure the correct information is gathered before answering a ticket
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Hiverr for the inbox it can be a bit of a pain with multiple email chains from the same person on the same subject.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First response times are keeping us on track with customer replies

What do you like best about the product?
The shared inbox is where incoming mail is triaged and assigned. Much of this can be done automatically, which saves us a lot of work. I like how we can keep track of the amount of tasks assigned to each team member, and the status of open requests. We use the tagging function a lot, and also make use of the templates for frequently asked questions. I like the knowledge base feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously at Zoho, we were able to tag team members. This tagging is now only available to members who are signed up to Hiver (the customer service team), not the whole organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reply to customer queries with the team. All incoming emails are delegated to a team member. We assign priorities and monitor the progress. Much of the delegating and tagging can be done automatically, which saves a lot of time. It took us not a lot of time to get used to Hiver as a team.

The down sie or what is the least helpful is that often times hiver disconnects from my email.

What do you like best about the product?
After implementing Hiver in my organization, it has completely transformed our internal communications for various purposes. It is so effortless that you implement it once with just a few clicks and a lot of things are automated. It also provides various customer support channel options. With such an easy to integrate product, you can automate a huge number mundane work communications and email sharing, which actually saves your time and efforts and eliminates communication lag in the team. Things are so easy and smooth that after implementation, you end up using these systems daily even without realizing that you are using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, except the live chat icon for our websites is not customizable and it can not be positioned on the page to match our designs so it impeds user experience a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver automates a lot of things around email communications. The best part is, it does not require separate learning. It sits right in the inbox, which minimizes learing curve and since it does not require separate installations for users, it removes any admin efforts altogether, once the implementation is completed. It helps in easier email sharing, saves precious data storage space by eliminating the need to forward emails to multiple team members even when it has attachments. The customer support channel are also a breeze to utilize and having live chat on our website with minimum efforts is a big plus for any small or medium sized business.

What do you like best about the product?
Tags and filtering has been the most used and valuable for us. With Hiver we can manage small businesses emails and break down offers and other messages so that they can be more easily handled by several people. Very easy to use and it took just couple days to get used to Hiver. We use it daily and all the time. It makes the email messaging quick and more systematic. Customer support answers also well to our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ''Private link for members of the shared mailbox'' links won't work and another issue we have had is that when when replying to a thread where the most recent message was sent by me, Hiver automatically selects me as the recipient. If this is not corrected, the message will not reach the right person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hiver, customer emails don't get lost in the mail and our people can easily manage contacts and leave comments to help the next processor move on. This helps us to keep response times short. In addition, for example, requests for quotations are easy to process using tags, and if a customer has not responded to a request for quotation, we can send a new enquiry later, either through automation or ourselves. This allows us to better deliver final orders.

What do you like best about the product?
Useful for shared inboxes, documents a clear work flow, makes managing multiple emails with clients simple. Hiver is a vital part of my everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small glitches at times- sometimes pending emails will not reopen with responses.

Solving the difficulty of sharing a single inbox across multiple staff.
