What do you like best about the product?
Useful for shared inboxes, documents a clear work flow, makes managing multiple emails with clients simple. Hiver is a vital part of my everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small glitches at times- sometimes pending emails will not reopen with responses.

Solving the difficulty of sharing a single inbox across multiple staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a fantastic tool for efficiently managing shared inboxes. One of the things I like best about Hiver is its seamless integration with Gmail, which makes it incredibly easy to use for teams already familiar with the Gmail interface. It streamlines collaboration by allowing team members to work directly within their email client, assigning emails, sharing notes and collaborating on responses without having to switch between platforms or applications. What do you dislike about the product?
While Hiver is a powerful tool for managing shared inboxes, there are a few areas where it could improve. One potential drawback is its pricing structure, which may be prohibitive for smaller teams or businesses on a tight budget. Additionally, while Hiver integrates seamlessly with Gmail, its compatibility with other email platforms is limited, which may be a limitation for teams using different email clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared inboxes get a lot of emails, which can be overwhelming and inefficient. Hiver helps teams manage emails by assigning them to specific members, tracking their status, and working together on responses. This reduces the burden on individual team members and ensures emails are addressed in a timely manner.

The support is really good. it's fast and always there 24/7

Having to reload several times is inconvenient .

Saving time management between colleagues, sharing emails, and looping others in the conversation. Always staying on top of emails.
Hiver is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hiver keeps everything organised for us in regards to communication across different deprtments. It is the sole reason that things do not fall through the cracks, and it enables our teams to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver can be a bit glitchy. Sometimes it seemingly decides just not to work. Recently, we were without it for a couple of days, and this is quite problematic for us as we do rely on it in our every day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It collects all common mail in one place, so that if there are key team members missing across departments, other deperatments can pick up the slack and get questions answered.

I can have my mailbox sorted in different departments, and assign my emails to each place in a faster way.

Sometimes get is slow so this is hard for me to get my emails on time.

The organization of my emails. with the tools that I manage everything is easier.

Hiver allows users to see which incoming messages were assigned and to whom vs those that are yet to be assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like notifications that are asssociated with messages to get automoatically marked as read it the message was read. Especially, if I already took action on it.
