Hiver has made managing a shared inbox so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
As the leader of my department, I have full insight into how my team is answering emails sent to a shared inbox. The functionality of Hiver makes my life so much easier and I can see how they are responding, when they are responding and if they require clarification, they can tag me in a comment and I can help them out in a sinch! I also love the templates and the SLC - saves my team time and ensures we are responding to all emails in a timely fashion. Hiver has caught on in our organization and I will never do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you get logged out of Hiver and you have messages pending, it doesn't flag it for you. So you have to make sure you're always logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiver is good but makes gmail more confusing.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes it great to work with others on a shared email box.
What do you dislike about the product?
When emails show up in so many places on the inbox and under labels it sometimes gets confusing what emails are specically mine and which are part of the shared inbox. I would really like it if things were a little more user friendly.

Shared inboxes make it easy to share work when it comes into the inbox

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes it easy to start new inboxes for new regions and I also like how easy it is to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very slow at times. It also will close emails on its own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company specifically has multiple segmentations and Hiver makes it really easy to funnel the applicable emails to the correct region.

The look and feel of the layout in email forms.

That is isn't responsive right away sometimes.

Bringing in customer and user emails to one pane of glass so to speak.

My favorite thing about hiver is how well it helps me and my team stay organized between various inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say, it lacks a little in the data analysis field. You are unable to see multiple combinations of multiple tags in a single report for example. Overall a solid product though.

Keeping track of and managing various email inboxes all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all our inboxes organized and being able to classify all out incoming communication.
It has made users life more comfortable and they have learned how to create a new workflow on their day-by-day communication. If they have questions they always reach out to the hiver support team and clarify their inquiries.

I have hard times color coding and just adapting to the options that hiver has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the ease of sharing email with my team internally. This feature has increased our collaboration tremendously when communicating with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i had to choose one thing i dislike about Hiver, its the problem that my team have run into a few times of being logged out of their account.

Hiver is Solving the problem of lost communications when it comes to client requests that come in via emails.

I like that we are able to close and assigned emails with ease.

The ease of working with it. It also creates a good flow on our team for how we use it.

I don't love the gmail plugin all that much. I rarely use it

It creates a good shared inbox for a group of clients we have that are inactive. When those clients need attention, we all see the notificaiton come through and then it gets assigned out
SUPER ULTRA USEFUL
What do you like best about the product?
I use it in my job and it is the most effective way to be even more organized,

sometimes it does not charge properly or shuts down
