Very useful communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to close and assigned emails with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any downside to Hiver yet.

Mail Management
User friendly and easy to work with

The ease of working with it. It also creates a good flow on our team for how we use it.

I don't love the gmail plugin all that much. I rarely use it

It creates a good shared inbox for a group of clients we have that are inactive. When those clients need attention, we all see the notificaiton come through and then it gets assigned out

What do you like best about the product?
I use it in my job and it is the most effective way to be even more organized,

sometimes it does not charge properly or shuts down

The way the emails are distributed in to the team
Great for any customer management team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the multiple inboxes, scheduling of emails, and distribution of emails to various team members, and allows us to have our disengaged clients in a pool, and when they do email us- we can easily take care of it as a team. I use this weekly, and after about 6 months of use on my team, I can say implementing it into our daily schedule was easy! Easy add-on into our GMail!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is the color scheme- ha!

Taking a large pool of disengaged clients and when the need help, their problems can be distributed to multiples CSMs

It is easy to add to gmail and use. I use it a lot to assign emails to myself and a colleague using a shared email.

I'm not clear on what further features it can offer, I'm probably missing out on key features.

It lets me assign emails to myself and a collegue whilst we use a shared email for a project.
Great product with full integration into our existing software

Full integration into existing product, so no steep learning curve, and also great customer service on hand if you do have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending me new feature information without it being clear what is and isn't avialable on my existing plan

Easy to distribute, log and view customer support cases across the team

Transforming Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple inboxes with multiple people accessing them and resolving tickets is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some downsides to Hiver over the time we have used it but they are very quick at rolling out updates and listening to suggestions.

Hiver has replaced all our other CRM software and has greatly improved the performance of our teams
