Amazing features

What do you like best about the product?
I tested Hiver during the premium trial and then switched to the free plan, and overall I was pleasantly surprised. What convinced me the most was the shared inbox feature. We needed to manage addresses like support@ with several teammates, and Hiver made that simple: assign emails, track status, add notes, avoid duplicates. Everything happens directly in Gmail, so no new tool to learn, no switching platforms.

The workflow extras are also handy — tags, basic analytics, automations — without feeling overwhelming. For a small team, it’s more than enough.

Hiverr did exactly what we needed. If your team is already using Gmail every day and you want an easy way to manage a shared mailbox together, Hiver is definitely worth trying.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, two points stood out:
- The interface is only in English. Personally, that’s fine for me, but it really slowed down some of my colleagues who aren’t comfortable in English.
- The automatic labels Hiver adds in Gmail can get very long and a bit messy in the sidebar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solved the headache of managing a shared inbox in Google Workspace. Instead of wrestling with Google Groups, which are clunky and confusing, I was able to set up a shared mailbox directly in Gmail. My team can now see incoming messages, assign them, and collaborate without stepping on each other’s toes. It’s faster, clearer, and much easier for everyone to adopt.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it enhanced a very dry team building meeting I was in. It caused everyone to have to engage and get through the material in a fun way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few times it took extra time to figure out how to best use the sticky notes with a larger group of folks

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hiver is how easy it makes managing shared emails. It keeps everything organized inside Gmail, so we don’t have to switch tools. Assigning emails to team members and tracking them is simple, which saves a lot of time and avoids confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to tell anything about the negative part, everything till now working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solves the problem of handling group emails like support and info accounts. Earlier, mails used to get missed or duplicated, but now everything is tracked and assigned. It helps the team work together better, respond faster, and gives me more visibility on pending and closed requests.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easy it is to move emails into the mailboxes and assign an owner. After all, without someone responsible, it becomes difficult to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is the app, which is not very user-friendly. That’s why I keep using the Gmail app, but with it I can’t tell which emails belong to a shared mailbox and which don’t. This reduces my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first benefit is allowing people to have access to all the emails in the mailbox. This makes internal communication easier. The second is the possibility of using it as a customer support tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes managing customer emails so much easier. The shared inbox, easy assignments, and quick collaboration have improved our response time and reduced confusion. Simple, effective, and perfect for teams using Gmail.

It takes a little time for new users to fully understand all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what our team would do without Hiver. Being able to share, collaborate, and view emails across the team is so valuable to our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than connectivity issues with Hiver, there is nothing I dislike. Hiver support is great at responding and resolving most issues and bugs we come across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is key to our communication as a team. The shared inbox and being able to have all team and partner communication in one central mailbox is so valuable. Hiver saves us time searching through communication, eliminates confusion, and allows our team to provide the best service to our partners through email.

What do you like best about the product?
My team can assign emails to each department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once an emails is closed out it's just showing unread when you log into the mail address. If it automatically updates status it would be great.

too many emails directing to different departments, we use hiver to sort so that we can take care of them faster.
