Hiver has completey changed our day to day operations at work

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has seriously rocked our work world! Before this game-changer came along, our daily grind was a tangled mess of scattered emails and missed messages. But now, thanks to Hiver seamlessly sliding into our Gmail, our team is on a whole new level of awesome collaboration. Implementation is easy with a support rep. Inegration can be easy or very tedious depending on the company and expectations of communication. We use it daily and have connected it to our phones. I am happy that Gmail and Hiver work together because having it on one system makes it so much easier instea of having multiple softwares to go to. Shared inboxes make sure we're all in the loop, assigning emails is a breeze, and tackling client inquiries is like a walk in the park. The shared notes and tags keep our projects on point, cutting down on the crazy back-and-forth. Oh and the customer support is 24/7, not 24/5 like some other software companies. Bottom line: Hiver has turned our work chaos into a well-oiled machine. If you want to up your team's game, Hiver's where it's at!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only positive things to say about hiver!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business used outlook desktop and forms from the website would be emailed to one person in the office for sales, tech, warranty. There was not a team of representatives that would see the emails and assign themselves to them. Now Hiver has completely changed the process for us and we are able to all communicate to customers and be able to see them on one platform while being able to access our inbox at the same time.

Very helpful tool with some limitations

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of working within Hiver and having a shared inbox with my colleagues. It makes it so easy for us to grab e-mails for each other when someone is out. The search feature is powerful, so we can find customer emails quickly by sharing an inbox. Finally, the template feature is incredible. I love that I can have private templates that only I use but that we also have shared templates for e-mails we send often. Being able to have a CSM-like program operating within Gmail is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SLA markers are finicky, and we've had a lot of trouble getting them to report correctly. When we first set up our shared inbox, we had challenges with e-mails filtering into the wrong sections, which was frustrating. We've been able to troubleshoot a lot of these, but it took a bit longer to get up and going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution to create a shared inbox within our Gmail accounts, and Hiver has done an excellent job of making it possible. As a small team, we didn't want to use a separate program to track our work, and Hiver has made managing our customer communications seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is always helpful. The new summarize function is a useful, time saving tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to share links between collegues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails and email timeliness as well as sharing and tracking information.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, hiver has a lot of options to integrate worl flow, it can maybe improve on format a little bit, but otherwise amazing as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all staff can access emails and keep track of ones taken care of, so communication has become way easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing a cluttered inbox that is being accessed by multiple users.

Being able to assign tasks on a certain user.

Ease of installation to the Google Mail Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third-party integrations do not work most of the time (ie - Jira)

Hard to tell if a user has read the same email as you.

High frequency of platform updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to declutter, organize and assign a shared inbox between 6-10 employees. This inbox is used as a customer support help desk and our support team uses Hiver to manage customer communications. We are able to communicate and assign internal employees to review specific emails. This saves our team time and creates better awareness of everything that is being done.

What do you like best about the product?
Without sounding like a paid robot, Hiver honestly solved every single issue we had. Google aliases are now easy to navigate as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's so easy to use and straighforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hiver, now we can see which emails sent to a Google Group have been addressed. It's easy to assign an email or 'task' to a team member and track what 'tasks' are pending / resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can use templates automatically for different kinds of cases for my legal team. I use those to send them to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess too much information sometimes and its a bit overwhelming to see so much categorisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving template organisation for me and with that I am able to segregate work.
