Excellent way to manage emails with a team
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent way to manage emails with a team, it allows labeling and seperation of email for shared inboxes, especially useful for industries such as logistics that are very email heavy and have a lot of group email addesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that getting this set up took quite a bit of time managing through permissions and having the correct contacts attached. I've also found that emails being deleted once a team member leaves abrutly and their email address gets deactivated can also present issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowes more accountability as emails are assigned for shared inboxes among team members. It also prevents emails from falling through the cracks as no emil goes unassigned so there is always a team member that has their eyes on the product.
It's great if you have a widespread team!

Hiver allows email collaboration and internal conversations to stay internal while getting rid of email forwards
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gmail extension is sometimes glitchy and tends to slow down Gmail speed

It keeps internal email flow to a minimum and connects departments

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to assign support emails that come in to specific folks, and great that we can see when someone is typing. It is also great to have visibility into what the team is working on. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can be overwhelmed with support requests, and it is very easy to now divide them between the team.
Hiver is Efficient and Effective in Workflow Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is very helpful in sharing email inboxes with team members, it integrates very easily with our Google Suite software, and enables us to stay up-to-date on all business communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver can be glitchy at times and may not connect properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is helping my business manage different email communications across departments, which enables us to work more seamlessly between units.
Amazing feature to allow great team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
With Hiver, we are able to maintain a remote team that is able to communicate effectively. Hiver allows us to turn email into a "ticketing system" of sorts, without having to add an additional piece of software. Being able to assign emails and communicate in the notes section makes it easy to collaborate, and also keeps all of the details about each email attached to the email so that we never have to search for information. Hiver was easy to set up, and works seamlessly with GMail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I've found so far is that you have to manually enable and disable auto-responders, instead of being able to schedule them like an out of office reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team, so we use Hiver to allow us to share an Inbox and collaborate on emails behind the scenes. We also love utilizing the drafts feature when collaborating on an email. We are able to keep our inbox to 0 by utilizing the close and pending features.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way for our team to collaborate on email and has become a staple of our everyday workflow! Without Hiver, I honestly don't know if we'd be able to function.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of late, there have been several lapses in the performance of the Hiver extension. It's been frustrating when team members aren't able to access emails because their browser won't load Hiver. We've been in touch with support, but there haven't been any solutions that have reliably fixed the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solves our problem of needing a collaborative inbox for all of our team to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, you can assign emails to other people, everyone can see what you are working on with the request (email). It stores all the emails under your name in a folder. The history of it is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Great tool, highly recommend.

Customer communication and shared inboxes. It's great!
