What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hiver with the small company I work for. Our team email is where everything goes to, and with Hiver, it makes it very easy to assign the appropriate email to the appropriate person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had experience with other corporate jobs, so I do not have anything to compare it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with organization

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to tag and keep orders open and close them when I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love using Hiver. Maybe being able to see my analytics?

I am able to keep my customer service emails streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep emails/tasks Open or Pending or Closed and the ability to search them using the filters isolating the various categories of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that an email with the same Subject from your personal inbox gets pulled into Hiver without your input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational and Ensuring timely responses.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the customer service has been amazing. It has helped our team to move through emails much more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints. I look forward to them improving their use of AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to answer emails as a group which allows people with lighter loads that day to take on more and improves our response speed. It also allows us to easily loop in teammates without creating messy forwarding threads.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign emails and see what each person is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It stops working sometimes and there's no notification when you get spam, emails may sometimes be missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what everyone's working on and sharing notes on emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome at organizing shared email accounts and fairly intuitive when it comes to implementation and adoption. The notes function is excellent to assign, and link others to review an email and notes to provide background information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can occasionally be glitchy, but if you are able to reconcile and audit accounts the results fairly accurate. This is rare, but will sometimes mean you will not see an updated/replied to email after the initial reply
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has made it significantly easier to keep track of emails and route them to the appropriate parties when connecting with a client. It is also very useful when linking others to check in and provide feedback on specific emails. It is also useful to split responses or generate template responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver offers a great email management system, and more importantly, they encourage suggestions for further development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver is a growing company. They have a wonder service offering but are still building toward offering more services.

Great for teams in same mailbox

What do you like best about the product?
I like that emails are closed out for all parties and moved out of the unassigned area. We can see who closed out and assigned the email and not double up on emails. The notes section is amazing too, not having to clutter email chains and have a side conversation with the people in the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails don't get marked as unread. They stay open in the work email. But not a huge issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one duplicating email work. Once an email is closed, nothing gets repeated

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage deal flows for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the user roles (i.e., mailbox admin cannot share or delete labels). This creates issues if we want to limit users to just labels they are on but desire for them to be able to open / share / delete labels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Extremely user friendly for new users, and IF I have questions-the customer service / support team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to sort the status or create more statuses beyond active and pending. However, I understand Hiver isn't a full CRM and for what it is-I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple employees working on a single task often, so Hiver allows us to reassign tasks to the people it needs to be top of priority for.
