Great for teams in same mailbox
What do you like best about the product?
I like that emails are closed out for all parties and moved out of the unassigned area. We can see who closed out and assigned the email and not double up on emails. The notes section is amazing too, not having to clutter email chains and have a side conversation with the people in the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails don't get marked as unread. They stay open in the work email. But not a huge issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one duplicating email work. Once an email is closed, nothing gets repeated

Ability to manage deal flows for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the user roles (i.e., mailbox admin cannot share or delete labels). This creates issues if we want to limit users to just labels they are on but desire for them to be able to open / share / delete labels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment.
Great customer service, and Hiver does all I need it to!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Extremely user friendly for new users, and IF I have questions-the customer service / support team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to sort the status or create more statuses beyond active and pending. However, I understand Hiver isn't a full CRM and for what it is-I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple employees working on a single task often, so Hiver allows us to reassign tasks to the people it needs to be top of priority for.

Easy use of collaboration. I able to work along with team mates on a single issue

left side bar buggy. shows duplicates when I have multiple shared inboxes.

Hiver solved this issue of visbilty into key problems

What do you like best about the product?
Organizations, open/pending/closed features, tagging, labels

A bit too slow. I get emails faster from outlook than hiver.

Hiver is a great, email-native CS tool with quick start up time
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver was very quick to implement and customize for our team, as a small nimble startup, Hiver is perfect for us right now. Also, Hiver customer service was very responsive and engaging in answer some questions I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are fairly basic -- for instance, with Jira, there's no customization in creating the ticket from the email. It would be great to have more options there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has let us have a shared customer service inbox and SLAs around responding to customer inquiries
Increased Efficient Communication and Internal Workload Distribution
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has helped our orginzation streamline our internal communication by being able to assign and share emails and other things with a click. The gmail intefration has been a gamechanger!
What do you dislike about the product?
While with any cloud system, there can be bugs or log in/sync issues. I wouldn't say more than average.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of infomration. Being able to utilize tags and the shared inbox makes it so our team can all have access to the same information in real time.

We have a shared inbox that is difficult to monitor with multiple people. The application of Hiver to this dynamic has made responses easier.
Great Extension
What do you like best about the product?
I like the shared mailbox & the ability to have multiple shared inboxes. I like how the extension doesn't change the gmail interface. This made it very easy to incorporate into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricepoint is a bit high for our small business. I also would like to see Hivers smartphone app allow the creation and editing of tags, not just the ability to tag
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is helping us to resolve the issue of multiple employees stepping on an email. The shared box and ability to assign an email has helped us tremendously
