Easy to use and affordable!

What do you like best about the product?
We love the functionality withiin Google Workspace. It makes communication so much easier for our team. We switched from Zendesk and it has been a huge improvement. What took us 3 months to set up when we started Zendesk took us about 6 hours to set up in Hiver. The customer service is literally the best team in software. They respond almost instantly and will happily jump on a Google Meet call with you so you can walk through your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to be able to create more robust automations but simple automations work wonderfully!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver for client management and coordination. As a mental health practice, we like to make sure we are responding to emails quickly. Sometimes, not everyone on our admin team is available. Having the shared inbox has allowed us all to see the emails come through and for any of us to grab them as they come in. The tags and views are immensely helpful as we can see, with a glance at the inbox, what emails pertain to which clinician and what we're waiting on.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely useful for managing large incoming emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hard to use, such as automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a Team shared inbox helps greatly in managing client emails. Also, the ability to close emails and the fact that Hiver automatically re-opens them if the client responds is great for decluttering your inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has an easy-to-use UI that makes assigning tasks a simple two-step process. Visibility is also easy with a built-in tag system to make sure the right people are in the know. Integration with Gmail is an essential part of my job.

The inclusion of notes within emails for conversations facilitates plans for future workflows and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can sometimes be hard to dismiss when there are several emails assigned or tagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ownership of accounts and flow of information, which can easily get lost.

What do you like best about the product?

I wish it loaded a bit faster. Moreover, I wish there was greater customization available in analytics.

We utilize Hiver for managing our daily client emails, and it has significantly reduced the time spent on responses.

I like everything, I don't think there is any feedback on my end. The customer support is really good and very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hiver is that emails can go directly to my inbox without the necessity of reviewing them all before, I think that this is a more efficient way to answer to consumers and give more personalized attention to email inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I haven´t found something I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a shared inbox so using Hiver helps with dividing through the team which emails are for each person.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of receiving emails from our customers and assign them to the people in charge of each account makes it super easy for the entire team to have proper visibility and to not lose track of any requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Gmail is not as smooth as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing visibility for requests from both providers and customers to the entire team that handles each of the accounts we are in charge with.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection between peers when in work, easier to share emails with a group!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to manually go in and close the emails. You may open an email normally but the button to actually close it is too hidden

Finding emails easier and notifiying a grioup about it

Easy to use software to get a complete overview over all your Emails

What do you like best about the product?
It works with Real Google Users as well as Google Groups. Also the support is smart, quick and super helpful! You can assign emails to users and make notes within emails. We use it daily to clean all our emails in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside, but you need to have a good understanding of what you want your infrastructure to look like and who needs permission to which email. If you know that very clear, the support can help you very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to jump through email users. We can have emails without having to pay for a google user. Anyone from our team can access emails which are necessary for them.
