What do you like best about the product?
The ease of receiving emails from our customers and assign them to the people in charge of each account makes it super easy for the entire team to have proper visibility and to not lose track of any requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Gmail is not as smooth as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing visibility for requests from both providers and customers to the entire team that handles each of the accounts we are in charge with.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection between peers when in work, easier to share emails with a group!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to manually go in and close the emails. You may open an email normally but the button to actually close it is too hidden

Finding emails easier and notifiying a grioup about it

Easy to use software to get a complete overview over all your Emails

What do you like best about the product?
It works with Real Google Users as well as Google Groups. Also the support is smart, quick and super helpful! You can assign emails to users and make notes within emails. We use it daily to clean all our emails in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside, but you need to have a good understanding of what you want your infrastructure to look like and who needs permission to which email. If you know that very clear, the support can help you very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to jump through email users. We can have emails without having to pay for a google user. Anyone from our team can access emails which are necessary for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing our email and using Hiver for a collaborative inbox has been revolutionary for streamlining the customer experience and safekeeping continuity when teammates turnover or are out of office.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an investment. You can't enjoy Hiver without spending considerably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides ONE email address to all clients to access all teammates. It's great for making sure that everyone has what they need and reducing cluttered e-mail traffic.

Easy to Configure in Gmail Environment

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hiver daily for several shared inboxes. It helps us to quickly route calls to the person who is best equipped to answer that email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes "rolls up" emails from the shared inbox with the same email that arrives in my person inbox. If that email through Hiver is marked closed by someone else, the same email in my inbox is marked as read and I may not see it. it is a minor glitch and we have found a workaround for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several shared inboxes, and several persons may need to respond to those emails. Instead of having one person responsible for answering and then forwarding those to the appropriate person, Hiver allows us to quickly route an email to the person by assigning it to them. We can mark the email closed once the issue is resolved. We can track our response time to emails and the type of email that comes in. From an analytics standpoint, we can also measure the number of emails we have related to single issues to help us develop better internal processes.

What do you like best about the product?
that allows to save drafts and another coworker can edit the same template

when you tag somebody on an email sometimes doesn´t appear the notifications

The notes and the status of the e-mails and also that you can notify your peers about the e-mails

Sometimes it has some bugs regarding the status of the e-mails

What do you like best about the product?
organization is the strongest point, we all share a Hiver inbox for our customers and then we just assign the emails to each other once they are in the Inbox. makes us look very professional while following up with the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wouldnt consider it a downside but something to have in mind is the size of the team or organization that will be using that inbox, might be a huge ammount of emails coming your way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visibility, whenever someone is not available or out for the day the rest of the team can take over that email and follow up asap
