Solid Email management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: Hiver is constantly building on their tool. Ranging from integrations to AI, they are improving rapidly AND value customer feedback immensely. I have met with them multiple times on needs we have and they have been able to build out solutions for us on it. A very customer focused organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous Response: If you use google groups and plan on making any automations with Zapier there are some limitations when it comes to how data can be passed through. It is on the roadmap to change however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to manage multiple inboxes in a colloborative manner that is easy and efficent. It makes dividing up work easier and much more organized

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact, it can be useful to asign emails to an specific person and create templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. i think it is a best tool to keep on tracks of the emails are recieved and sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact it is much easier for team purposes and to have more visibilyt of the work done.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion Hive isits really friendly user since it does not require previous experience or to have a lot of knowledge. I use it everyday since I handle a lot of emails and one of its features that I really like is that you can easily find an email or go back to it, also you can tag someone on the email and give you some ideas without having to go to other applications to be in constant communications or ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mostly not dislike nothing, the only this is that some times it glitches but that doenst happen frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its really easy to find emails instead of spending some time looking for an specific email and if I need to see one of my colleges email I can see it easily

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hiver as an incredible tool for organization, where you can get notified of any task or instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything wrong with Hiver. It is really very useful.

Email organization made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes teamwork work! It's really easy to communicate with my team, one might think that with so many people and so many emails, one might have a hard time finding old emails, but with the filter and search functions it's too easy especially love it for new team members they get the hang of it instantly and learn to use it every day
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike outright, just a suggestion for a new feature, read receipts, I'd love it if Hiver had a way to know who read my email and when, there are some extensions that already do this, but since the mailbox is shared, whenever my teammates open the email it doesn't differentiate and shows it as read, so if Hiver had this feature it would help a lot, to know what teammate is reading our email and when, but mostly when our customer is reading my email, to know if they are aware of the email sent or if they're too busy to even look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication, time saver, instead of having 8 different emails for our customers to contact, we just have the shared mailbox and assign emails to the team as it seems fit for every occasion

Sometimes the integration dissapears from gmail but usually it reappears after refreshing.

Hiver allows us to collaborate on shared inboxes and allow us to understand what emails have been responded to. Previously we had no overview of who had responded to what and if the issue was resolved.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is an incredible email extension for anyone that works collaboratively with others. My team work hybridly across multiple locations (offices; WFH etc). It allows us to seamlessly manage a department - inclusive of team support; referral and otherwise general enquiries. I love having a shared inbox with my team - which allows us all to be kept in the loop
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure the purpose of 'pending' feature, and how this can be useful for our team. Hiver will also automatically 'open' emails when any reply comes through (regardless if our email was included in the addressee's) - which at times is beneficial but usually nil and void.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our shared inbox is mainly run by myself and 2 other team members, however has an additional 3 members - who are our executive leadership team. This allows us to run our own team, however ensuring our ELT are kept in the loop.
It is also solving 'who is taking the lead' on projects, as you can assign emails to members - which reduces notifications for all other members (that are not assigned)
