What do you like best about the product?
For a delegated Google Mail account, Hiver automatically tags/assigns incoming emails to whoever sent the outgoing email. It became easier for the team to manage incoming emails efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few minutes lag for the new email to be shown in Hiver. You will be notified that there's a new email received, but it will show up after 1-2 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver automatically assigns incoming emails to the previous person who sent it; this became beneficial for the team to manage the email queue efficiently. Also, in Hiver, we can track the average time each person replies to the emails received.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is very user friendly. It doesn't take very much explanation to figure out to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Hiver: I wish there was a better notification system when something is assigned to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to have a shared inbox for our group email is very nice. The nicest thing is being able to delegate jobs to different members of the team without having to forward the email to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to email clients from a single address so we all have access to all client communications

Some commands aren't entirely intuitive to me

Automatic closing of emails is a lil incovenient

Email management is one thing. When you're working in a team, its a must to see who was the last touch of the email, and Hiver gives that option.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great Analytics
- Great Support
- Fast & Smooth Notifications

- Wish it could work with Safari - Chrome using too many resources
- Wish The App would load smoother
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to collaborate as a team and allows us to respond to customers a lot quicker using the shared templates and AI features!

What do you like best about the product?
The full team can access the shared inbox at all times and changes made by one user are seen by all
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work well for mobile Gmail in ihone or Android
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the shared inbox is intuitive. Tagging is GREAT, as well as assigning emails to specific users and then reassigning them to someone else if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
it's really helpful when trying to find information about past conversation with clients even if you weren't the one holding the initial conversation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit slow in loading "My Sent" inbox and it just shows me the whole company's emails which I do not want to see
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joing the company I currently work at I took over all the emails so it was useful to find past conversations from and to my predecessor in the role. it was really helpful

The average first response time recording is slightly confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes inbox management a breeze. Our team has a few shared inboxes and the need to collaborate is great. Hiver makes this easy, and we have found it indispensable even in less busy seasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price increase has made it a bit hard for us to continue to use it, and we've started looking at other platforms that can perform similar functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team collectively contributes, monitors and responds from the same shared inboxes, and this allows a clear assignment system, notes, and tagging that allows this to function.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like that multiple people can use Hiver in our organization. I also like that emails can be assigned to a specific person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had difficulty using Hiver, so I prefer not to use it. I will need to look up Youtube videos to guide me on how to use Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our organization, Hiver solves the problem of being our help center when in need of assistance.
