What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use! I don't have to leave my email to use it! It doesn't look weird on my email. It fits in and is not an eyesore. I haven't seen to many competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't load properly. It works well just sometimes it has a problem loading up, and I have to sign in or reload my email. I would love for it to never log me out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving where we store some of our emails. It also helps me and my team see the same emails in one place without getting lost. Yes out performance has increased!

What do you like best about the product?
About to see what is open and still needs attention and what is no longer open. Able to add notes and labels to things as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, it does tend to crash from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to distribute orders among my team and able to see what is on everyone's plate for the day/week.

Hiver is changing the way we provide administrative support to our users

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Hiver is fully integrated with GMail. Our Hiver users only have a single interface to use to provide support.
There's no need to open "another application" or another browser window to start providing support.
Additionally, the speed at which Hiver integrates new possibilities, functions, and options is impressive.
And most of all, Hiver's support team(s) (including experts), customer-facing functions (sales, success manager, ...) and hierarchical senior people (VP, ...) are listening to the customers and helping to solve eventual issues or planning new features to accommodate the needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no significant concerns about using Hiver and nothing to dislike.
Hiver constantly evolves by implementing fixes, changes and features.
What else could a customer want?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Administrative Support teams provide support throughout the region using Hiver.
The whole support runs from a single GMail interface or every user, thus eliminating the need for an additional separate tool.
Rather than being overwhelmed with emails, everything is now well structured in Hiver and assigned to the various support people for further actions.
Where the users previously received support requests sent to their work email addresses, everything arrives through several centralised addresses within the Hiver environment.
This allows a much better follow-up and continuity during holidays and absences.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatisation possibilities of signing in emails to a person. F.e. all invoices goes directly to book-keeping etec.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although no open tasks, still showing in overview there is a open task under my name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Request from our client can be directly added to a responsible person / Accounting mails go directly to accounting. Our work flow is faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows our entire team to have visibility on customer interactions. Even though we delegate certain clients to specific reps, it's nice to have the ability for anyone on our team to assist any client if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension is slow to load and causes delays in productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is built around being able to quickly and efficiently serve our clients. It makes it easy on our clients too because they simply have to use one email to interact with us for anything related to their account, and we can use automations to delegate out the work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it split the mails with in the team and also easy to monitor each and every mails.

i dislike the video confrancing part in the hiver.

It makes it easy to assign projects to staff and even our 3rd party bookkeeper

What do you like best about the product?
I like tagging my team and assigning them positions and tasks. It also allows me to assign tags to emails and lets me see the best way to label things and keep my emails organized. Hiver makes looking at a shared email easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that Hiver must select several emails and can't assign and tag in the same function. It makes you choose two different functions. I hope this is something that can get worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share an email for our HR department, and there are about three people that use it, which made it difficult in the past to keep track of who owns what and does what. We used to miss many emails and not respond promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver streamlines our company processes. We are able to delegate work more effectively as well as notifying each other of work that needs to be done. The rules also save us time and prevent unnecessary clutter in our inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing is using Hiver with a shared company email. If I delete an email in my inbox, it deletes it for everyone and removes it from Hiver. Sometimes, the rules do not apply properly, and some emails slip through the cracks. There are also times when I create a rule to automatically close an email, but it still ends up in the unassigned inbox. Also, having two inboxes (regular and Hiver) is slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solves excessive inbox clutter due to the large volume of emails we receive from clients on a daily basis. Since each of us is assigned to one client, but we share a company email, we can use rules to automatically assign emails to the designated employee.
