Best shared email option
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way to assign to my coworkers the emails and close them whenever i want without needing to archive in customer folders
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a big delay between my coworkers laptops, some get the emails first than others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization and the easy way to find any emails by only searching than going to a customer folder a look for it

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign work to multiple people and also see who last worked on a task if there is any confusion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, we have an issue where sometimes it will not pick up on an assigned email and add it to the mailbox but not very often.

It solves the ability for multiple persons to see and work on emails that come to one inbox.
It helps with team metrics as well , so we know where we may be falling short.

Great extension for Support email management
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to help manage our support emails. Love the new enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the product goes "down" for periods of time.

Helps us manage our support tickets.
Hiver is a great shared inbox tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility we have when using Hiver links and the ability to tag a coworker in a ticket while working through a ticket request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a way to link tickets together more cohesively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is currently housing all of my company’s support inquiries and allowing us a shared inbox to work collectively with my coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of Hiver is unparalleled. It's easy to roll out and learn. We've been using it on our team for over a year, and it makes communicating across a very large Content team super easy. It's super cost-effective. I also really appreciate the attentive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Hiver. The inflexibility of the packages was originally a challenge, but they worked with us on a unique solution that works for our team. There were some glitches last year but it's been running smoothly since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 10-15 content managers operating in a single inbox, and Hiver makes it possible for these users to coordinate email responses with ease. They also appreciate the template feature. I love the comments and tagging, as well as the shared drafts feature!
Great, easy product
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use! Very straightforward, can share email templates with my entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we can add document attachments to each template.

Being able to share a standard email template across the team to use, rather than typing a new one each time.

I was able to sort out all the important emails easier than before.

Nothing. All the functionality are working perfectly.

I was able to handle email easier unlike before. Helpful tags and other function helps me to resolve my cases immediately on proper manner
Hiver saves us so much time it is invaluable to our team

It is a real time saver for our team; if someone is absent, others on the team can pick up the tickets making sure all our customers are happy

I have found no downsides to Hiver after years of using it

Hiver allows our staff to be more productive than regular email. It also allows for sharing and helping other teammates. Our business production is 25-30% quicker than before Hiver. It has allowed us to have a smaller team than if we had not went with Hiver
Very easy to use and makes things easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you notifications and keeps you updated. It reopens tickets that may need attention that I have otherwise forgotten about, which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it is not free! I love Hiver, so I wish companies or people in general could all afford to use it when they need it.

Reopening tickets that need attention! I have a terrible memory so this is great!
