There's no other option for a shared inbox workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
It's been seamless for our remote sales team of over 30+ people to manage a shared inbox with the use of Hiver. We struggled a lot when scaling of who owned which thread and forwarding got incredibly messy. The team now can't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shared drafts can be a bit buggy sometimes and you can't include attachments. Also, we've had incidents where private messages have been shared when it detects it should be added to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote sales team that works out of a generic share inbox. Hiver allows us to assign ownership of each email thread and colloborate. I enjoy it a lot as it gives more visibility to other members of the team as well.
Great for managing CS emails
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hiver is that we are able to assign it to any user and tag the user in the notes if we need to communicate something about the customer's email.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's a long email thread, it's a bit difficult to follow. It's how Gmail was set up, so I guess we can do nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the shared inbox to receive emails from our customers. So we can address all their needs via email which is more productive for us than doing it over the phone.
Collaboration at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate in a single email box, and the ability to respond to emails agnostically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification feature is lacking. When you assign someone to an email it isn't very apparent to them that they have action assigned to them.

Ability to respond to emails agnostically and have a shared inbox for when a team member is out of office
Solid Organization and Assigning
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes assigning emails to co-workers a breeze and helps the overall organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Emails still sometimes get lost, especially if your organization deals with hundreds of emails daily like mine does. There's no real workaround given the volume and Hiver does a good job all thing considered.

I like that I don't have to sift thought the entire inbox to know what is mine to do, I just need to look at what is mine

Too many emails and people that share the inbox. Everyone knows now what is theirs and it only disappears when you mark it completed
Great experience for utilizing the email templates
What do you like best about the product?
Email templates are the best thing about Hiver. I have to utilize this feature every day and makes it way easier to send emails every day for info that we are requesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how often I have to log into Hiver because this makes my work slow and makes the process really repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email templates is the best resource for what I do at work. Makes the work I do much faster.

Sometimes there are outages which hinders us from some aspects of our work but that is rare.

Accounting Team Review
What do you like best about the product?
The shared inboxes for incoming emails - It is easy to work with and sort with multiple team members. It allows for more efficient workflow and no duplication of assignments
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few times the system has been down and failed to load in the web browser (with the browser fully updated) - however, it is usually up and running within an hour or 2

The hiver system helps resolve the workflow surrounding the shared inboxes for incoming and outgoing emails for our accounting department. It allows us to work with multiple people
Good tool to use in collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that folders can be distributed for group and individual work. Also, if a colleague is not available, I can see their emails and help respond to what they can't handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when folders duplicate and also the pending folders sometimes do not load, so I have to close and reopen the email for it to be restored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve the collaborative work. It helps us to work in a group better, as we can see the emails of colleagues.
