The ultimate email and task management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is an amazing tool that helps me organize my emails and prioritize important tasks. This tool can automatically sort your emails into different folders based on their sender, subject, or content. This can help you keep your inbox organized and make it easier to find the emails you need.
On the other hand, Hiver allows you to tag emails with keywords or assign them to different workers on your team. This can be helpful for organizing emails related to specific projects or tasks.
Finally, this tool has a good search feature that allows you to quickly find any email you're looking for and help you to find an email that you received a long time ago among the lots of emails in your inbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that when you get used to using Hiver on a regular basis, it can be difficult to work when Hiver servers are down or under maintenance. However,
it is important to clarify that this does not happen very often.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps me to track my tasks and deadlines, prioritize activities and assist my team with delayed tasks. This can help you stay on top of your work and avoid procrastination as well.
Nice for organization but few glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how we are able to keep organized throughout the day and assign messages to different team members! Helps keep workflow and our team running smoothly!
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to be delayed with our messages coming through all the time or the numbers on the side of the page are not accurate- can be confusing and a bit annoying for us and our customers when they don't hear back as quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps solve a shared inbox between 10 employees who all answer messages all day. Makes it easy to disperse, assign and see who was helping which customer so there is no overlap! That is really helpful!

It provides Collective data on the same page and recurrent aligning of the mails. very easy to use for the help desk and it has good email management and synchronized as per requirement.
Very clever and useful add on to apply to a work email.

What do you like best about the product?
Workload distribution access with individual performance records.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of using different automatic rules is a bit higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working with shared inboxes, the main challenge everyone faces is workload distribution with tagging of the issues. Hiver is solving this issue with a minimalistic yet attractive UI and automatic assigning based on rules is cherry on the cake.
Hiver helps me focus on my work and my clients and most of all keep track when my memory fails me.

Hiver really works well to sort out the emails I specifically need to give attention to, helps me keep track of ongoing projects, and keeps me focused on what I need to do for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to undo when accidentally tagging an email in our shared inbox as closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping organize my company's messaging and streamline the process for tackling client requests in an orderly fashion and on time, keeps my email use time to a minimum. Helps me track conversations over long periods of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful seeing what others are doing on the same projects so that we don't work on top of each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how inconsistent it is and it doesnt have all the features that I think a sharing feature like this should offer.

Solves the guess work of what others are doing on the same projects.

Hiver allows smooth communication and successful teamwork. Hiver makes problem-solving easy!

I haven't experienced any downsides of using Hiver.

My company uses Hiver for customer service issues and allows all involved to easily communicate and track where each issue is in the process of getting solved.
Great for program emails
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple emails set up for our organizations programs. It's wonderful that we can assign the email to a unique person within the department. I also love that it keeps all my shared in one place so I can see what's assigned to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't get the alerts on my phone like I do with my regular Gmail account. I probably could research the setting to fix that. Otherwise everything is great with the program.

We have multiple people working on each program so it's wonderful when you don't have to manual forward emails. You just assign them to people. You can also leave notes about why you're assigning them.
