Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use - allows my whole team to cover emails easily and monitor efficiency

Nothing - works really well. Would like customisable stages perhaps

Hiver allows us to work more collaboratively as a team and helps with cover - its great to be connected via Hiver

There was a learning curve when setting Hiver up but overall its been a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The shared inbox is essential for team cover and open communication.
Useful tool with occasional bugs.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy implementation to turn your inbox into a real support ticketing system. Works like a charm and I love the ability to create templates for common tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had it crash a few times which just requires a simple page refresh to fix so not a bit problem.
I'd love it if it worked on Mobile too for working on the go.

Means my team and I can easily see all information related to a ticket in one place and makes it very easy to find everything that's currently on my plate/
An amazing and helpful tool !
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has enabled us to efficiently oversee communication within our remote team! Our search for a tool to create a shared inbox within our Gmail accounts brought us to Hiver, and it has admirably met all requirements so far. We rely on it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report here - very happy with the tool and Hiver's support ! Our team uses the basic plan so I can't report on the advanced ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver significantly enhances productivity by enabling us to distribute requests evenly among the team. It's especially beneficial for customers who can reach out to one email and promptly receive assistance from any of our available team members. The notes section is also a favorite, aiding in keeping our team well-informed about various tickets!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to assign mails to team members and have the notes section attached to each mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to either have multiple people assigned to an email or to be able ot remove myself from notifications when I'm no longer assigned.

How to share information among team members without losing track of emails.

The mailbox organization, the emails are well distributed

We can't open the attached eml files, needed to be opened in native gmail

Exactly the product I've been searching for!
What do you like best about the product?
My customer success team needs to ticket, tag and assign emails all the time and no other Gmail plugin was nearly as effective in this regard as Hiver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to customize a bit more, specifically for automatic responses. But nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can stay way more organized with my team and know who is dealing with what thread. As the team lead, it also gives me access to see other ongoing threads from my teammates.

I like the organization of it including the ability to add tags and notes to emails allowing for other colleagues to see information easily.

I think it can sometimes be a little sllow, but very rare

Very useful and efficient with easy automations settings
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite flexible and the fact that I don't see to use another platform to check and assign statuses to our emails. It can all be done via gmail itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things which can be improved. For example, closed emails can have different color so that it is instantly visible. Also, hoping in the future it will allow for whatsapp business integration also like wati etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can use a shared inbox with multiple users and update statuses and leave notes is very useful. We experiemented with various options and this one worked best for us with least amount of disruption as it was within the gmail inbox itself.

Mail Assignment, Analytics, Mail tags, mail open and close. if want to describe can say very good and helpful software i have ever used

Response time report having some issues.

Its solve all email management system. its very useful for helpdesk mail assignments and all. its very good software i have ever used for shared inbox and checking the assignment
