Must-Have for Multiusers Managing Shared Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver offers a Shared Inbox Management solution that's easy to use and manage for Google Groups. I like how I can separate emails going to the Groups vs my own work email with a click of a button. In addition, Hiver's support has been very fast, friendly, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If one person forgot to cc the group, then reply to cc separately or "Add to Shared Mailbox" afterward, these emails would show up as separate email chains, which makes it a bit harder to keep track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps us to assign emails to different team members easily. It is user-friendly to update an email's status or tag a topic. All these activity changes can be monitored in one single panel.

What do you like best about the product?
We've had some issues over the last six months. They were solved very quickly with the support chat. They have also had various suggestions that worked!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use, and the visibility among the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have also been able to use Hiver to cover the live chat via our personal work webpage.
Fast switch to a simple but useful ticketing tool from using just a mailbox
What do you like best about the product?
We used a unique mailbox to which all the technicians had access and chats. It means I couldn't have an overview of all issues and requests, usually more than one person working on the same problem, duplicated responses to the users...
With a few clicks, this Google Workspace mailbox became a ticketing tool with an anti-simultaneous working people control system, assignment capabilities and categories and status tags.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't want to pay extra and you keep the basic license, you'll miss some additional powerful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can know who solved an issue or a request, we can search a ticket based on tags and we control the status of each request or issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Manage everything from your Gmail inbox, from the basic emails to the newer chat support.
The possibility to manage more than one shared inbox is a plus, same users, different inboxes.

The setup is a bit complicated, probably because you need some workaround to make it work in gmail.

We started using Hiver for the basic tech support emails.

A good solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is user-friendly and easy to use. The dashboard set-up is pretty self-explanatory and customer service has always been helpful and eager to solve whatever issue you may be having.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of bugs and little issues that can cause quite the disruption to a workday. In their defense, they are usually pretty on top of solving any issues that may arise but be prepared, it can (and will) disrupt a work day or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for a remote team to manage one email account effectively. It works and it works well, when there are no bugs or software issues causing disruption to a work flow.
Very useful tool.

The tool is really helpful. serves it's purpose, easy to use. Support is also really good.

Sometimes there are downtime, but are advised accordingly and resovled quickly.

Hiver is easy to use and implement. My team easily can use the shared mailboxes to get access to all the required mails and work from there. Hiver made this easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to have a certain user with a different account type, and not having to move my whole organization to a different price level to enjoy certain Pro features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is solving the problem of having to manage different mailboxes, and even search for different emails along a lot of mailboxes. It's easy to use and implement.

Super easy interface and doesnt clutter up the UI and feels very natural like it belongs in gmail as well as great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. Everything seems to be working fine.

We share multiple emails and easy to collaborate without stepping on each others toes

We needed a way to talk to each other about specific email (customer requests, issues, etc) while also tracking whether a reply had been sent to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a delay. So when going through emails, if you are not careful, you can mistag/misassign an email because of loading issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, communication, tracking emails with customers, and increased searching -- searching in the Hiver Notes is huge!

It's a great way for our team to manage the inbox, especially when someone goes Out of Office.

It's not User friendly enough. It's very difficult to navigate.
