Great add-on for shared inboxes!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allowed us to structure the shared inbox to easily identify each person's workload
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations don't seem to work all the time and it is expensive to customize your reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the emails and providing clear insight into what is on everyone's plate
Hiver is great for keeping track of multiple email accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I have several email accounts for work. Hiver keeps the accounts separated but under the same login. So it is easy to switch between accounts. Great for creating templates to share with the entire team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter something that I really dislike. The plan is a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all responses to emails. So if another team member replies to our billing email for example, the entire team can see the response. Email templates are also super helpful for canned responses.

Visibility into colleagues workload and the ability to take a team-based approach to address emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to maintain 2 inboxes (closing it out in Hiver doesn't remove it from my normal inbox).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency into emails in our team-based approach structure.
EASY TO USE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR OUR TEAM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of hiver as well as the ability to easily move emails in your personal inbox to a shared inbox and assign them to team members. It has helped our team manage communication with customers and is easy to train new employees on how to use it. Hive support has always been on top of it as well. Love it!!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times emails that are closed become hard to find, but tagging emails has helped with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps us all stay connected with customers so anyone on our team can view past interactions - This allows anyone to provide excellent customer service as well as speeds up getting the right person on the task. It also allows us to communicate internally without forwarding emails back and forth - I love the notes section for keeping our team updated.
Best collaborative shared mailbox for gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Great and easy way to collaborate for our teams. Simple design with an intuitive interface allowing all users to grasp easily and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have an option for the pending emails to be always visible in your main inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation and processing of email queries for various teams. This has sped up our overall work flow and performance when dealing with queries from customers to third parties.
Game changer for shared inbox!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows my team and I to share a group email, assign to specific people, collaborate on templates and responses and make sure we aren't losing track of emails coming in. It's saved us countless hours already, and we have only been using it for a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the pending email box always visible in my menu, but having to click to get to it is not that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to organize our emails coming in and going out and track what we need to follow up on. Being able to mark resolved emails as closed has saved us so many hours and helped us bump emails that need resolution and ignore the ones that don't.

The company I work for started integrating Hiver about 3 weeks ago. I LOVE it! Each one of my team members has given stellar feedback to me as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor bugs and find myself having to refresh the page on rare occasions

Sometimes the counts are off but they resolve it quickly

Being able to have multiple people in one inbox allows us to respond to customers faster.
Easy to use, Gmail integrated support ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
It's integration with Gmail. This allows the team to see, handle and resolve issues without leaving gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver doesn't generate ticket numbers. For larger support organizations this might cause some issues, although it is not a problem for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it assign to see inbound requests, clearly know who has taken (or been given) responsibility and know when the issue/request has been resolved.
Extremely flexible, perfect for any professional team
What do you like best about the product?
The fact my personal contact information stays anonymous while my team can always be contacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Hiver will slow down Gmail due to cookies and other sight data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team members to go out of office without worrying of their emails going unanswered as the team can respond for them.
