the chat wall and the assigning possibilty

I do not have a reason at all to dislike hiver

it helps to keep in touch with colleaguses and talk about an exact email

My gmail is much easier to manage, it's easier to see through, and communicate with my colleauges.

What do you like best about the product?
I can chat with my colleauges, I can assign emails to others, and I can write and use email templates, which makes responfding to emails much faster and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive, so for a small company it might not be a priority to subscribe. Also, my pending emails dissapear from "Assigned to me", it would be better if there would be a seperate tab for closed, pending and open emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned the email templates, it makes our work more efficent, faster and easier. We get a lot of emails with similiar questions, so it's easier to answer with a prewritten email.

What do you like best about the product?
Tags are useful and I like that I can colour them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Assigning mails to a colleague is quite impersonal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting e-mails is easier with Hiver.

Product ok, but be prepared for whacky price changes (last one 60%+ increase)

What do you like best about the product?
The product is ok, but their release of new features is so slow and not keeping up with the competition. Looking around at alternatives and comparing features, you can see Hiver is lacking in so many areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
They constantly change their plans and doing this means huge price changes.

I've no problem with SaaS providers tweaking plans here and there and there being the odd price increase to help develop the product, but Hiver does not do this. Hiver changes their plans hugely every so often and forces existing customers onto these new plans.

Yes, this of course is their right, after all, it's their product, but how can they justify wild price increases like 62%?

No, this isn't fair and leaves existing customers feeling like they would never have signed up if they knew this was going to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me and my team use email in a collaborative way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a pity what Hiver has turned into - I read they got VC funding. They are probably under a lot of pressure and have resorted to working out, looking at their existing customer base, what to change on their pricing plans to get the maximum return.

As email tools are a core part of any business, they know it's tricky to leave so they have you right where they want you.

Do yourself a favour and go to an alternative with much better features and who won't try and increase prices massively once you are with them for a while.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and reliable automation, shared mailboxes and assign inside Gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes long loading time, workload distribution not available on the front page of Gmail, only in the shared mailboxes

What do you like best about the product?
The automation function helps us a lot to spend less time on email reading and concentrate on more important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I start a new email can not use the templates function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tagging helps us to delegate tasks to each other easier than before Hiver.

Easy to use and Efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and is linked to our gmail, which makes it one less app we have to log into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the automations part of Hiver is an upgraded subscription and doesnt come with the basic part of the plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple inboxes for our clients and making sure all emails are responded to timely.

Good Product, Has Bugs, Big Price Increase

What do you like best about the product?
The product is good, it works most of the time and we have had some great success with what the product offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software still has a lot of bugs which we have reported multiple times since we started using Hiver (about 6 months ago). They recently increased pricing significantly with less than 24 hours' notice; only after writing a complaint were we able to stick to the old price for a few months. But we are now looking for an alternative as the product is very expensive now for what you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped us with getting a better email platform compared to the tools we previously used, plus it works within Google Workplace.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a little buggy and the pricing is quite high

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to manage workloads and team members, especially during absences. Allows for monthly reporting of volume and team member completion numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve if team members are not familiar with google and hiver. Getting customers to send to Hiver email instead of individuals can also create confusion. Once everyone is on board, the process flows nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing workflow and balancing incoming order volume. Gives clear visibility.

Would like it to work with Apple Mail. This would be useful.
