Absolute game changer for our team
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Hiver into Gmail is hands-down the best feature. When searching for a shared inbox I did not want something that would require having yet another tab open. I needed something that would work with the system that my team was already using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you aren't able to assign more than one person to an email. There are some items we have that are being addressed by multiple people and I would like the emails to show up in both of their assigned tabs. This is still the biggest downside I have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps to solve the issue of missed emails - it is very easy for an email to get lost if it is sent to a single team member, but when everyone has access to the emails it holds us all accountable. It also cuts down on the forwarding (then forgetting) of emails. The collaboration aspect is also very beneficial - I like being able to make comments on the emails and chat with my teammates without having to leave the email.
An effective way to unify workgroups, improve information flow and provide better support
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has amazing qualities for all work teams and brings a lot to problem solving and communication with customers. Its use as a ticket manager is extremely good and effective, it has worked well in my organization, plus the fact that work teams can set up a shared email inbox keeps the group in better sync, much less information is overlooked and improves response times; I love that Hiver can help us with all of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver may become the least suitable for smaller companies due to its high cost, on the other hand, I would be happier if they upgraded the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By implementing Hiver, we have made a platform suitable for all workgroups and departments in the organization. It has been an effective weapon in improving the quality of our internal and external support and optimizing the response times of support and assistance tickets in an amazing way. Likewise, nothing is now overlooked in email, the tagging feature is very useful and has allowed us to take collaboration to another level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to synchronize workgroups and make sure that everyone receives the same information, tickets, etc. in the same email avoiding mass forwarding, Hiver is what you are looking for; without further ado, recommended.
A shared inbox to cover various aspects of our business efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is one of the work tools I use daily and also one of my favorites; it is a great relief for my work team and for everyone in my organization, in general, to be able to stop forwarding emails and share them directly through the same platform. Hiver is very intuitive, so we have adopted it quite quickly. It has allowed everything to be more organized when managing support tickets, tasks, customer data in the team from email. Customer service is excellent, always attentive and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I have seen in Hiver is its price; it is pretty expensive and becomes unaffordable for smaller organizations; other than that, I find nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hiver and being able to have a shared inbox has helped us to cover multiple aspects of the organization through email; not only do we share messages without the need for mass forwarding, but we can also share tasks, product and customer data, support tickets, and much more in real-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiver is a handy collaborative tool to manage various aspects of your business from a shared inbox, so you can say goodbye to mass email use and forwarding and start sharing and flowing information in a more efficient and organized way.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is simple & easy to use, customer support is also outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is I'm not sure we are using the software to it's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having tremendous issues managing shared inboxes, emails were being open and not actioned, and pre-hiver it was difficult to go through the inbox and see what my team members hadn't responded to. We were losing great leads because things were getting lost.
A good platform for those with multiple persons working within one email, I.e Customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The availability to assign emails. There have been times when multiple people need involvement on an issue, where this platform shines. The ability to work together in one email platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was disappointed in the customiization of the platform at first, it took several meetings to get it set up sufficient to the use we needed. But once it was finally set up to the specifications required. It worked great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are being able to have multiple workers involved in a correspondence. So that various emails back and forth are not required. It has made it easy to correspond.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it set up the way you need it, in the beginning, to avoid multiple calls to the help desk.

We are making sure that all emails get a response. We have quicker response times!
Extremely helpful for task management across a team
What do you like best about the product?
Reduces duplication of work or even just reading emails across team members by assigning each email to only one person.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks that take some time to get used to, it also causes a slight slowdown in Gmail but overall it does run smoothly without errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've saved time, especially at the management level. We are also less likely to miss a client or vendor email and let something go unanswered or unresolved.

Hiver helps manage emails for our team and helps productivity.

So far I have no complaints about Hiver.

Responding to all emails has been solved. There are no missed emails.

It's incredibly helpful to assign tickets to appropriate team members. We also love that we can move emails between different teams inboxes -- so much faster and easier than forwarding!

The analytics could be a little bit better.

We never have to worry about missing important information because of the ability to search all historical data/communications, despite who handled the interaction!

when hiver re-opens the status to to open- everytime they reply back with a simple thank you comment.
