Great for time management!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to program Hiver to auto-assign emails to team members saves a lot of time. In addition, going into other coworkers' emails when they are out of the office is a helpful feature we have used numerous times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for emails can be a bit of a chore. When you close an email, and it disappears, it would be nice to have the option to file emails automatically to find it faster later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the tagging feature in the notes sections of emails, our teams can quickly loop in other team members when they need assistance with a client. This feature saves time since we used to slack a team member and have them find their email. Now we can tell them to look at their Hiver notifications, and they see the email right away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up the auto-assign feature based on which emails you can assign to team members. This feature will save a lot of time.
Great for Team Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver works excellent for our small team. It allows us to share and organize emails that have been getting lost for years. We were printing out and filing emails on paper before! The tagging and comments section is especially useful when trying to manage orders across multiple clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally have isues searching the Hiver notes. When I use the search bar on Gmail it will sometimes show the "search notes" option and sometimes not. I have to refresh several times to get the option. Searching with the "notes:" prefix does not always work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hiver, we no longer lose important emails. We are able to quickly and efficiently answer inquiries because our whole team has access to them. It has also helped us strive towards being more paperless.
Hiver helps
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver reaches its target and business target to bring collaboration and organization to your platform and communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything that this account lacks. Very happy with what it does and how it fits in the organisation and line of work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to collaborate with teammates and all parties that are involved with a particular job
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hiver gives our team the ability to easily collaborate on communications from customers without having to pass around emails or have people all login to one account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were easier ways to do bulk actions with past emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver gives the whole team oversight on incoming communications with customers and lets the team know who is working on it and where things are at.
Easy to Use & Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I like about Hiver is that if you close the email out in Hiver, it will also close out in your primary inbox. Not many add-ons do that, so this is helpful and creates an efficient workflow. I also appreciate the tags you can create, along with a color selection which I use to label each client. This feature helps quickly identify the recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislikes, but more like suggestions are (1) status like "Waiting on Response" would co-exist and it would not count against a user for not closing out the email yet within the SLA (2) improve the mobile app to be more user friendly. It is a great idea, and I'd like to use the feature more often (3). It'd be great to see my stats (maybe a quick glance feature) as a push incentive to do better and be on top of my game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver makes it easy to keep track of what items are still pending; therefore, it is easier to follow up later. Being able to assign some tasks to other members and leave notes on the side for their view has been a huge plus for me.
Hiver is an extremely valuable too for any business with an emphasis on teamwork.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that anyone in the office can step in to help someone out with their emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any aspect of Hiver. Nothing is missing. Everything works properly. Nothing could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the efficiency of our teams. We have benefited financially.
No more duplicate work!
What do you like best about the product?
Clearing out our inboxes by having the inbound emails auto-assign has been a huge win for our team. Additionally, getting a pop up letting me know someone else already started replying to a thread eliminates double work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications could be better. I don't need to be alerted that someone assigned an email to me, rather I'd prefer to have less noise with that and allow the notifications to focus on notes that I've been tagged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of a cluttered inbox and perception of response times. With the analytics, we know exactly how we're performing as a team and where we can improve.
Excellent experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact everything is integrated to achieve a great teamwork workflow is incredible. You have a lot of features and tools that will make things way easier when sharing emails, files, and more. If you're looking to integrate shared mailboxes, aliases, and different email addresses all in one, Hiver is the best option for you and your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing may be a bit high compared with other options, but we ended signing up anyway because the features you get through Hiver are not usually included in other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a lot of email addresses login details separated, and we're having all together and shared now.
Very simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
With little to no extra effort, our team is able to assign tasks and replies to customers. We avoid duplicating work and we make handoffs of tasks between teammates very smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup is a little confusing, but not a big issue. Once up and running, we have not experienced any significant issues. The analytics reporting is great, but there's probably room for improvement there as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project management and customer support teams need to be able to hand specific tasks back and forth with each other. We avoid duplicating work, easily share internal notes, and monitor our responsiveness.
VP Systems
What do you like best about the product?
We can send emails on behalf of email aliases.
What do you dislike about the product?
When onboarding new people I have to go to each shared inbox and add them individually. I have asked why this is - as it would be much better if I could view all inboxes at once and simply check those that I want to allow access for that person. Additionally, this would be highly useful when onboarding multiple people at the same time. This is a critical feature.
Emails come in and get sent to a shared inbox (hive). If someone wants to reply as a private message and removes the shared inbox - the message is viewable by ALL. This is a HUGE liability and security issue.
We've had instances in which private information has been broadcasted to people when it shouldn't be BECAUSE Hiver always treats each email as shared amongst everyone in the Hive, regardless as to whether or not the shared email alias has been dropped. If there wasn't a reasonable solution to send emails from an email alias - we would drop this product in a heartbeat.

Emails are being addressed and assigned to team members, because of this we can trace back who's done what regarding an email.
