very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share email inbox as a group/company as well as being able to mark which emails are handled by who or assigning to the correct person to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, very handy to have for small teams to communicate together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication is much improved, and less likely for multiple people to handle the same task unknowingly as people can assign to themselves so that nobody else sees the email and duplicates the work

The most helpful thing for my team and I is the "assign" feature. One email thread can involve multiple people on our team, but their input is needed at different times. Assigning the thread to individual team members makes this very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to dislike. Hiver is user-friendly and integrates with the systems we already have in place. It was easy to incorporate with our existing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The templates are excellent, and it's easy to use.

When logging in, it takes a long time to load.

It makes it easier to find the email as well as write an email.

What do you like best about the product?
This keeps all of my items separated into the folders that we need to access. Easy to view what tasks remain open and what is pending waiting for an answer. I love the ability to leave notes for my collegues on individual emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we are limited to 5 sub folders under a main folder. I would like to see this opened up for more subfolders in the future. Sometimes its required, so we have to combine items into folders which in turn causes more to be loaded into a single folder that should in reality be separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service response times have decreased. allowing us to improve our customer service
Good in parts, can be difficult for beginners

The allocation of emails/ tagging funciton is good for our teams so that emails are owned to certain departments!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it can be challenging to find certain emails in the inbox, due to the Conversation function of Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a nice function to have for group inboxes. but is it an absolute game changer for our business? Not at the minute

The ability to assign an email to a specific user is a great feature! Labeling capability is a perfect idea for archiving, sorting, and organizing emails.

Hiver has truly made our lives easier!!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is it straightforward to download and implement, but it is also effortless to use.
As our team grew, it was no longer efficient for multiple team members to log into one inbox. Thanks to Hiver, we were able to assign specific emails to certain team members and just manage the workload so much better!
We no longer have to worry about missing important deadlines because we are always on top of all the emails!

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Hiver, but perhaps one thing that was a little inconvenient is that "rules" cannot be back-dated. They are only applicable to emails coming into the inbox in the future.

No emails are ignored or left behind because we can assign emails to specific team members!
There is also some satisfaction when you see the number of "unassigned" emails go down to nil.
Everyone is now responsible for going through the emails that are assigned to them!

Makes teamwork far easier!
What do you like best about the product?
We have much better control and traceability of our emails, allowing us to better follow up on enquiries/sales/after-service and allocate tasks to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a started email is minimised and you are working on other emails, the send to address changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking of emails and less room for error
Hiver is easy to use and makes team work so much easier in Customer Services.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tag facility which allows our team to identify what we are waiting to hear back about on each email. I also like using 'snooze' so that I can follow up on emails once a certain amount of time has passed. It's also great that our agents can leave notes for each other on the emails and helpful that I can create email templates which the team can select when responding to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have more than one email address, you have to select the correct one each time you send an email. Also you can't merge emails from the same customer together into one thread, which means that more than one agent may end up responding to a duplicate email. The only way around this is that we have to search the customer's email to see whether they have sent any other recent emails, which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver centralizes our team and allows us to work together more efficiently. A shared Customer Services inbox of unassigned emails allows each of us to select what we would like to respond to. We are aware at all times of our workload and emails are no longer missed. It also helps us to communicate better within the team by leaving notifications for one another.
