Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy navigation and allows for your emails to have efficient organisation. The tag feature allows for email queries to be solved much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a ticket is closed in a certain inbox, it reopens if you get another reply. There should be an option to close the ticket regardless of if another reply is received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient and organised integration between all areas of the company.

The connection with Gmail. It is very easy to use.

Notifications can be duplicated sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and has plenty of features to help manage customer service and sales emails swiftly an effectively. It also helps to distribute the workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see what each of my team members have assigned to them in total, without going into each individual inbox. I would also like the ability to assign emails to multiple people or sub-assign them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tag system is simple and effective for putting emails into folders and allocating emails is simple. We also use WhatsApp and LiveChat for instant responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is the perfect solution for a group email situation. Having hiver in the same UI of the Gmail inbox makes it so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver occasionally just logs out, and you have to re-login. But my Gmail also does that, so I don't feel like it's a specific hiver issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a global inbox that our clients can communicate with our team makes life so much easier. With some of our team working part-time, we occasionally missed emails from clients when emails were not being checked. Now with Hiver, we aren't missing any emails or essential information.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver integrates so well with G-mail, allowing us to pull multiple inboxes in together to take care of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult seeing everyone's responses in the "Sent" folder and not only seeing emails that only you have sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay organized while handling the increased workload that we have taken on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple inboxes that you need to pull together to have it all in one place, and need to keep it organized by being able to assign it out to specific team members, then Hiver works wonderfully for that.

I love the way that it structures the timelines and how easy it is to use.

Sometimes you can only send and archive the email and that frustrates me

A Great Tool for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is excellent for teams that need to collaborate and share email access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics function is tricky to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better coordination amongst team members sharing the same email address. It's been much easier to organize ourselves and assign team members to specific emails.
Light and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Very effective add on to Gmail that helps streamline customer support tickets. Best of all, it's easy to add templates responses. Fab!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some formatting issues with inserting templates, and toggling an email to Closed can be clunky.

Easier to abortion and answer customer service requests. Speed and efficiency.

Haven't maximized all its features and capabilities; however, Hiver may require an above-average tech guy to use the product.
