Perfect Software
What do you like best about the product?
perfect for organizing the email inbox in the company and distributing them to specific people
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is only in English. German Support would be great!

Email mailbox is organized. Tasks are distributed. You can see exactly who has processed which email
Great software, simple to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and simple to use but still has all the required features you need in order to customise it for your business and your team. We started off using it only for our customer service and then expanded to using it for our brands team as well. It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could exclude hiver emails from my search results and sometimes I am trying to find things in my personal emails and 100s of customer emails come up too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allocating queries to team members, monitoring productivity across our teams and improving efficiency.
Great product and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Using shared mailboxes in Gmail isnt very easy but when I started using Hiver it streamlined the process and allows our team visibility over incoming client emails very easily.
The email templates are also a game-changer, they have improved our processes and I couldnt imagine sending emails without them.
Their customer service has been great as well. Anytime I needed help, they were able to assist very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Havent found anything that I dont like about Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver as a shared mailbox for new leads and it allows our sales team to manage this easily
Hiver is a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver integrates with your inbox so simply and it quick to access!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver does have some settings that may not make sense in the beginning, but their support is very helpful in navigating to the settings you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our efficiency by using Hiver and we send emails faster through this system. It is very beneficial to see all of the history for each email and is useful when searching for previous emails based on email address or tags.

What do you like best about the product?
The team boxes have been very useful to keep up with what each of us is working on and avoid duplication. The Hiver email templates are great! I think the shared drafts will be helpful once we fully learn how to use them. The 24-hr live support has been fantastic. Each team member I've worked with has been extremely helpful and available. They are knowledgeable and give easy-to-understand instructions when guiding the user to obtain additional information to solve an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Hiver. As stated above, we need to learn more about how to properly use the shared draft feature, but that could most likely be resolved in a conference call with one of the Hiver support team. We just haven't taken the time to schedule it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving shared emails in a group environment without duplicating responses.
Hiver is a great solutions for business emails and they have support staff 24/7.

Their email templates tool is great, especially if you have to copy and paste the same email over and over.

Not being able to drag and drops emails into different folders.

We have more storage space with Hiver

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of tagging people and notifying them instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications should be more prominent, and one should be able to unread the notification similar to emails.

We are bringing the whole team together with minimal effort.

A great tool to organize your email
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can create shared folders, use tags, assign different users and write notes makes your work much easier.

The price, I think it is a bit expensive for small companies.
