What do you like best about the product?
Shared inboxes are easy to use and support is very helpful

Shared inboxes allowing shared emails to be assigned

Go for it - saves time and very easy to use, and if you have any problems the support is excellent

Quick and efficient customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The team are incredibly quick to help with any issue, and work on it efficiently until fixed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow e.g. when adding and removing tags. The little notifications which appear e.g. confirming you have closed an email sometimes get in the way of you seeing/ clicking on other emails, and seem a bit unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is clear and straightforward to use, streamlining our work processes.

Flawlessly smart tool for email management

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver enables my team and me to add tags to the email threads, which is a pretty neat feature where we can easily align to discuss and add our comments. Hiver also allows me to save tons of time when adding emails to relevant shared mailboxes and assigning the emails further to my team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there is a large image in the mail, Hiver controls would overlap, so I need to close Hiver. It is not something which I really dislike but it is bothersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has become our daily driver where my team and I can align internally for discussing various aspects of an email. Most importantly, our emails are not lost anymore as we add them to shared mailboxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trust me, it will save a lot of your time!

What do you like best about the product?
As a dispatcher in the logistics industry, I handle hundreds of emails a day; Hiver allowed me to organize them and keep track of what's pending to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Google Chrome uses a lot of ram to run it, so computer might go slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks pending, customer service, claims. tracking, booking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create groups and assign emails to your team members working on a project. You also have the option to add notes and tag relevant team members. Automation helps me keep the mailbox clutter-free.

By looking at the number of emails assigned to each team member, I can also keep track of their daily workload. Also, the ability to set the status of emails as Open, Pending or Closed helps me keep my work organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely, the shared mailboxes don't load but refreshing the page fixes this. Apart from this, I love using this App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Assigning emails to relevant team members
- Adding notes for the tasks to be done
- Using Automation to keep the mailbox clean
- Managing workload of team members

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver lets us organize our shared mailboxes and distribute workload evenly. It's easy to set up and to use. It also let's us monitor our KPI and help us improve on service to our customers. It allows us to see the last conversation first on an email, which saves time when we don't have to scroll down through the entire thread. We can manage different shared folders and set up rules for each one.
The tags and notes, help us also communicate with our team and let them know if something is pending and why. Provides better visibility.

Support team is amazing. They will reply almost instantly and schedule meetings for more complicated matters within minutes. They are always ready to help. They also consider customer's input when adding new features.
We use hiver every day, it was a very easy to integrate with our current platforms, and although the first few days the use of any new platform can be a bit challenging, within days our team had already adapted to its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have different working schedules within a work group. Makes it difficult to accurately keep KPI on their reply time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although it does not let us set up individual work schedules for each member of our team, it does allow us to create filters that help that everything is covered, and emails are not left unanswered.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hiver is built into Gmail! I already am very familiar with Gmail, so learning Hiver was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish running reports was possible on the Hiver plan that our team has. Guess I will just have to upgrade to get access to Hiver's analytics!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver makes it easy to keep the whole team in the loop on customer issues. From the CS team to the tech team, Hiver lets everyone see firsthand what our customers are saying.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of assigning tasks and notifications when something is back in my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version needs major improvement.

Assigning the right emails/tasks to the right people. Workflow has definitely improved.

Streamlined our Ticketing System!

What do you like best about the product?
I can’t choose among these 3:
1. Automation Feature: The system automatically tags an email based on certain conditions I have set. This immediately sorts tickets for me and the team. This saves me a couple of hours per month!
2. Shared Drafts: One can create an email draft and share it with anyone in the team for review, editing and immediate sending. No more manual copying and pasting from one email to another!
3. Amazing Technical Support: I’ve contacted their chat and email support a number of times (about 7 or so) and ALWAYS they have answered in a timely manner, were friendly yet professional - and most importantly, have given correct solutions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big deal but I would like to see the ability to attach files or images in Shared Drafts (I’ve suggested this to their support team and was told they are planning to have this feature soon – they really listen to their customers!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Hiver streamlines our ticket processes. It has saved the team a lot of time – in automation and the tagging feature. It’s a very useful tool to have if you want to have an efficient ticketing system.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver setup is easy. It helps us to assign work emails to team members through automated rules.

The mobile app can be more responsive. Sometimes it hangs.

If there is a tricky email, team members can be tagged under the notes section to discuss. The notes section serves as a history log for one to refer to.
