Great Platform! Helps me stay extremely Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver's easy-to-use platform helps me to stay on top of all my outstanding tasks in an organized manner, allowing me to complete all my deadlines on time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows me to manage the numerous tasks I have daily and stay very well organized.
Easy to use and good customer approach
What do you like best about the product?
In hiver we can have 24*7 support that helps me to get immediate resolution whenever I get any issues; that's the thing I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing too big issues to dislike, but using hiver, requires more storage space, but that's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have shared mailboxes using hiver, thorugh which i can easily get to know what is going on in the email chain , even i get mails where we not in loop but we can see the responses received, it is very helpful to understand what is going on ini the mail currently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If they can able to implement hiver in their process, the thing I say is dont think too much, just say yes and they will able to see the magic.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign an email to a specific user is an EXCELLENT feature! The tagging ability is a game-changer for filing, sorting, and organizing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing to get used to was that closing an email in one section will close it in another section. So, if I close an email in my main Inbox, even if it is assigned to someone else in another inbox, it will close there as well. It takes some getting used to, but I think that's the worst of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of emails is essential, especially when our team has 5+ different email addresses that need to be managed by 6+ people. I can assign an email to a user or move it to another inbox without forwarding it at all. We can tag emails with customer names, vendor names, subjects, or anything else you decide is worth organizing by. It's a next-level organization program for emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integration inside GMAIL Platform. This approach helped our organization to implement and use the solution quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not possible to create a custom status for the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have many shared mailboxes with at least five people acting on them. With Hiver we could better manage all the demands very easly.
Organized and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Highly efficient, organized, and easy to learn and set up for the team to learn, allows automation to have most of the emails auto-assigned correctly and there is no need to have different tabs open as everything can be found on the same tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to view the emails we close when they are in someone else space unless we go one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails assignment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely efficient at organizing shared mailbox and allows to keep track of people making changes on emails.
The only downside is that it does not allow to add business hours per user.

The right to left for templates is unstable and can be edited only by source.

Our team collaboration is better since we used Hiver's solution.

What I like best is its feature where the team can easily manage shared email accounts. In our company, we do have 5 shared emails. But Hiver resolves it to integrate all emails thru 1 app.

Perhaps, when I'm using Hiver on mobile, there is no settings to filter what inbox I only want notifications to appear.

multiple logins to different email accounts have been solved. It integrates everything about multiple emails

Excellent platform, very useful on our daily basis business. Smooth, and user-friendly!

How organized it is, I can keep track of all my emails and even create templates to quickly send follow-up emails.

Nothing so far, I have enjoyed the app and it has not given me any trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was difficult to keep track of all your emails within Gmail, with hiver you can organize them into different folders and get the emails straight to those folders.

As a team, we can work out solutions for our customers in real-time and at any time!

I have not come across an issue with the Hiver system.

Customer Service is at a higher level because it allows all team members to know what is happening all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great tool if you're used to using Google Groups for dividing emails among several team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process has been a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems. It's helped our team clearly delineate who is taking responsibility for certain emails and helps us all be able to follow up on them and keep abreast of the paper trail.

It's super easy and straight forward to use!
